OH MY LORD THIS HELPED ME SO SO MUCH, I bleached my own hair yesterday like an ombre kinda look, and the parts I bleached WERE DESTROYED like my curls (the bleached ones) were straight and nasty. I was like ok I’ll just cut ny hair, because I like short hair anyways I don’t mind it. So I looked up tutorials and finally found this one and it helped me a lot. I just cut my hair like 5 inches (my length was at about the middle part of my ribs) and now the curls are back again!😩❤️ THANK YOUUUU and it’s more voluminous now😻 I am never again bleaching my own hair 😂😂 NEW SUBBIE❤️✨
I used to get Japanese straight perms before i went natural, and one time i went to a salon that was super cheap. I left the salon but a few months later i noticed i was growing bangs...turns out the chemicals burned off my hairline and it was growing back lmao
my mom never knew how to cut my hair so i always had a triangle head but i did this after i showered lol and i finally have a shape this was so helpful ugh😆 and it drys just right too

Oh my God 😂 one time i went to the salon for a bob, and i got a bob for sure, but with one block layer! She also diffused it on max heat and burned my curls to a crisp! Don't regret it though because it basically forced me to research natural curly hair care to fix the mess!

I started on the wet cut for my wig. It turned out so great i squealed and i think my neighbors yelled, to which i apologized. Anyway, then she said 24 hour drying, and that this was a good way for a base. So! Since my mom said it looks good so far and i have to wait 24 hours anyway today, i will come back to finish this awesome video! ☺❤ The cut looks great on her, i just hope i can duplicate the techniques well. 😁😅

I love the fringe!! I want to try it but I am scared hehe. So I did the unicorn cut once upon a time and loved it at first. But then I realized the layers that way were not the shape for my hair. It just made it look thick at the shortest parts and and so thin at the longest parts. As if I were holding on to length that needed to be cut. So I personally would rather the rounded layer look that compliments my type of curls a bit better. Yours turned out beautifully!!
I like the end result. The shape is really cute and I want to try this but I'm worried about how it will look when straightened. Most of the time I wear my hair curly but every so often I flat iron it.
Worst experience: I wanted lighter hair and I did it myself. I probably dyed it 3 times within 6 weeks. I was going to dye the fourth time, so I went to get my hair straightened cause its easier to apply the dye. My hair seemed perfectly normal with the wash and go's, curls popped, I was goldie locks. So once the hair was straightened they were having a tough time getting the end straight and i couldn't understand why... My end were like dead, it looked like Barbie hair gone hella wrong... I told them they could cut the damage... my hair was at ribcage length, they cut it above my collar bone... I later dyed my hair darker with henna, all the unhealthy parts are gone, its growing, its bouncy and shiny but I'll never ever ever dye my own hair again. 2 years of growth disappeared within minutes.

I would say almost all my salon visits sucked. I had to put a smile on and thank them, even when I hated the style. They either cut too much, use products you do not like, or style it weird. Being mixed in the US has made it hard for people to do my hair right. So I stopped going. Why pay if tpur never happy? Sorry. I rambled..

Story time: I once went for a trim before a dinner party and had straightened my hair before the cut. This was done because I really just wanted 2 to 3 inches of a trim. Homie had a different plan... I sat there watching (like a passive ass) for about an hour as she took about 8 inches off my head. It went from almost tail bone length to just below my shoulders.... STRAIGHT!

Just letting some of you know (if you have curly hair that is short or medium length) don’t EVER cut your hair dry if you are scared of short short length! ALWAYS cut dry after freshly washed and styled like you normally do so that you will see how it will look normally, never cut it wet because of shrinkage

I like your cut! My worst haircut was when i went in for a trim. To someone who told me they could cut curly hair very well. I had great long curly hair. I just wanted a trim. He cut it.........then took the thinning shears all the way around my hair starting from up fairly high. All my curls got cut into and I had this horrible "feather" effect going on. It took years for my hair to recover from that cut. Just to grow it out to the point to where I could cut all the thinned curls off and have short hair, took years. After that, I never trusted anyone to touch my hair besides my mother. But, she lives very far away.
Worst salon experience: the guy who cut my hair was so rude to me. I was a teenager and I wasn't sure exactly what haircut I wanted, so I showed him a picture from a magazine and said "layers like this." He seemed so annoyed at me the whole time. He was the only stylist I ever had that didn't try to make conversation, but he just seemed so angry, like he was taking it out on my hair. Maybe he was having a bad day, idk. But he gave me bangs (which I did not ask for) and it was like he remembered I didn't want them after he had already cut some of them. There was just a strip of hair in the middle of my forehead that went to my eyebrows--too wide to be part of layered bangs, but too thin to be straight-across bangs. It looked horrible. I could not believe how bad this haircut was, and how he practically shoved me out of the chair once he was done. I spent the next few weeks waiting for the horrible bangs to grow out, wondering what I had done to this man to make him so upset that he ruined my hair.

Great video, the technique definitely works except I’m too scared to cut as much as you did so I didn’t get much layering in the front. I still have a lot of damaged ends in the front. Wish you would have explained what to look for while dry cutting to keep the shape nice. I’m too scared to hack away at the front

You don't have to cut bangs if you don't want to commit to them just buy two clip in extension super cheap and cut them curl them and now you can have bangs one day and no bangs the other day whenever you want

You want to cut your hair in whatever style you wear more. So if you wear it curly more than cut curly ... don't stress the straight look

Great video, the technique definitely works except I’m too scared to cut as much as you did so I didn’t get much layering in the front. I still have a lot of damaged ends in the front. Wish you would have explained what to look for while dry cutting to keep the shape nice. I’m too scared to hack away at the front

When I was in 8th grade. I wanted layers a bob. And they gave me short layers and bangs. And my bangs would always curl to the side and never be straight. I think I looked so nerdy.
my worst hair experience was happened last year in November,I went to salon, tell her to little so that my hair will reach shoulder line. maybe she didn't listen and cut like normal straight hair. That time I can't tell my hair is good cut or not but after I went home, wash my hair and found out she has cut my a lot. My hair was at ear lines. I was look a like boy.😑😑 I feel so humiliated when everyone is making fun of me with this hair. 😥😥It's been a year now my hair is at shoulder length. Thanks to egg hair masks.😂😂

You don't have to cut bangs if you don't want to commit to them just buy two clip in extension super cheap and cut them curl them and now you can have bangs one day and no bangs the other day whenever you want
