I felt responsible for my sister’s happiness and well being after her husband died and as a good sister I gave up my happiness for hers. I moved away from an area where I was loved and supported by my AA community. After five years of personally imposed misery I realized I wasn’t helping her or my self. She and her daughter were extremely upset with me when I announced I had to move back and it took more strength than I thought I had. I’ve been back where my heart & soul belong for one year and it’s been the most liberating and loving thing I’ve ever done for myself. I love your podcast and agree wholeheartedly.

There is a time and season for everything. It is never to late in life to learn how to play a musical instrument, get in shape to run a marathon or hike up a mountain, or take on a new artistic outlet. When we begin something completely new, expect to have setbacks, not be good at it for awhile, but enjoy the process of using your mind in a new way. Enjoyed the video.

This is the truth , I wish I could’ve heard this message as a teen, but I’ve definitely taken it to heart in the past couple years and it’s all true.
I think a lot of us do ..but no matter how much it sucks ..all of this ,the journey I am on,the journey ( if you are on one currently) , knowledge,and experiences happened at the correct time they were supposed to.i bitch all the time like "aww man this could've really helped me at 17, or bro if I would've known this sophomore year I would be this and that"....just think tho, were our minds capable of understanding,or accepting certain truths and concepts?? We barely do now. That mentality keeps us in the past chained up for decades,we feel like we got a late start and feel to realize the past and future don't exist
I'm a spiritual metalhead musician 54yrs young. When I started this journey I realized that I couldn't listen to songs of War hatred and brutality anymore so I stopped playing metal all together. I joined pop and blues cover bands. For a year and 1/2 I tried to make those genres my passion. I got depressed and looked towards weed to make me feel good. What used to raise me up now brings me down. About 2 months ago I quit the blues band I was in and the weed. I started playing heavy music again. The joy I felt was palpable. I couldn't ignore it. I'm happy (extatic really) to say that I have formed a band that will deliver only heavy uplifting songs with a positive message. All the members are excited to release something heavy, positive and beautiful into this world. Follow your passion and just do it. Mucho Love & Light to all🎶
I am so happy I am living my purpose, as a former nurse it was always my passion to be a psychic reader and advisor. I was very unhappy in nursing, while I loved taking care of people, the racist environment made me constantly angry and depressed. I decided to step out in faith, and the universe has brought me so many clients, and just the way people have responded to how I have made a such a difference in their lives, I have always wanted to inspire and empower others to self love, worshiping themselves as mortal Godz. What I’ve learned from my past experiences is to be selfish. I gave so much of myself away. My cup was almost empty and I was demanded to fill up others. I have nothing anymore but what I earned and struggled to achieve. My advice is to be true to yourself and be selfish. But hurt no one in that selfishness. This is your life. Make it worth it! That’s what I’m doing now.

For years I gave my time to selflessly bring up a family, then when they had left, I cared for my ill husband. Lovely video!!! Thank You. - When my son was a toddler, grocery shopping together. He asked for a toy, $1 as we went up the aisles. I said sure. We laughed and giggled throughout our task. He got about 3 by the end of our trip. I knew a woman who was also there (wealthy, yet bitter) Outside she offered me some advice. - that he would not understand other people's unfortunate lives if he got toys whenever he asked. I looked at her and said - should I beat him too so that he understands those people's lives? She said of course not..... but my point was made. I do have regrets. But none of them involve my son. He pursues fun in life. I'm still catching up...
I try to look at everything that happened were lessons that I needed. No good regretting , I now put myself first and don,t feel selfish for doing that. We are all on our own soul journey

Hobbies should be pursued when we have the time. It gives us a purpose to feel and live our passion. Anything we decide needs maturity. We should try to actualize our potential as it is part of self esteem and doing the right thing as per see to our conscience. This has been my guide.

I began my spiritual journey conscious since the start of this year. My inner voice guides me through times of despair and hope. My suggestion is not to rush and not to be obsessive about the way it manifests itself. Take your time and things will happen. I believe in magic, things that for most people are just nothing more then fantasies or unfeasible. I believe somethings are already put in place but to recognize the signs, you must be awakened from the paradigm we live in, only then you can walk your path and know what to do next or to do not. 🙏🌏🌎🌍💚✌

Yes I failed over and over again ....anything I touched it only failed. I am still fighting.
My greatest frustration is I know I was my True Self but for only 18 years as a healer and spiritual leader/teacher. Then for some reason I honestly do not understand, I was stopped by a severe brain, then spine injury. Even now my knowledge is still not available, but 5 D will be easier and more accessible to those would benefit and use it. I ask if my path is to find some way to get books, etc. out but I am blocked by physical pain, and now no support, especially financial. I offer THE TRUTH, like I do here, but I am without authentication, so it is ignored. A great example is the illusion of balance, which traps us in 3 D illusions like a see-saw. Instead we are to transmute, to transcend, to transform. Our “As above” is literal, so we can BE the above in the below as well. I ask for assistance outside of myself to remove the block residing and restricting my highest energy flow so I may Be and share. I choose to be part of my Tribe most of all. Blessings ❤

I'm 22 I don't know if I'm young or old or too late to listen this (people will definetly say I'm not).
I always wanted to travel the whole world it's real not just like a fantasy this is what I've always wanted since the last I remember.
I love doing yoga, exercise, Meditation and travelling the world is also on my list.
I've been trying to get into medical college for last 4 yrs and failing consecutively and I'm thinking if I should try once more, but what's stopping me is the anxiety and the tension that even if I pass this coming Yr I'll be 31 when I bcm a doctor and the job after that.
WILL I ever be able to what I always dreamed of for so many yrs will I ever be able to travel.
And the other thing that even if I decide not to go to med school how am I going to earn how will I travel.
And how can I earn money right now if I don't want to ve a doctor and travel the world.
There are so many things so many people having their own small or big problems and, Here I'm stuck with such kind of problem.
Even while writing this I'm feeling I should be studying hard right now what am I even doing will this help me in any ways(Maybe) ?? But then I think why am I going to study, FOR WHAT.

I hear you saying your passion is to travel yet you're applying to med school and not getting accepted. Maybe that's a blessing? Being a doctor doesn't seem to be a passion the way travelling the world is, unless its with Doctors Without Borders (Medicins Sans Frontiers). Why not look into an airline job which has travel perks built in? Teaching gets you the summer off and/or sabbaticals. I'm a big fan of Myers Briggs type indicator, it can offer insight into what works for you and what doesn't;
type that into the browser and take the on-line free quiz - no right or wrong answers. I did that again recently and made peace with myself, it was good learning and self acceptance. At any age!
Lastly, you're 22. It is perfectly all right to wonder about your future direction. It's perfecly all right to change direction several times in life too. What works in your twenties might not work in your thirties, forties, etc. It is commendable that you are asking the questions now, before commiting time, energy, financial resources to pursue being a doctor - an admirable profession indeed, but maybe best left to someone else? Set your sights on helping in an environment where you can be a paid volunteer and do things like instruct yoga: Costa Rica, Hawaii, Honduras come to mind as having ashram types of situations where you get room and board and perform a service for a nominal amount. It could be a start, like minded young folks would be there too.

As a kid I've always loved to sing it's always been my passion life veered it's ugly head on me through the yrs in my 20s especially and I began written poems poems became songs .songs became dreams and I became a song writter I never believed in anything spiritual but dark forces always made their presence known in shadow figures as well an things like air conditioners and other things turning on without power on. I learned guitar at 15 wrote my first country song in 20 min and held onto songs I had written that made no sense to me that were not country but reflected my night dreams and thoughts I had. Eventually at 33 yrs old my life was falling apart again this time I knew my music was spiritual music I was on the radio. and not only was I still singing I was singing a song I wrote in 86 from a dream I had then but found it in reality in 95.
My passion for these spiritual songs was the breath inside me that gave me my path to Jesus who saved me.
I don't sing much now due to thyroid surgery and being under spiritual attacks through my struggles and isolation . I am 58 now but I longed for that fire and spiritual clarity to revive my passion for something else. My advise to the young.
Don't let your family or friends minimize your dream. If you can fool proof the plan and like this video find your people run with it! Regret is a deep hole even if you never succeed you have to believe in your heart beyond a dought...admit to yourself .. I did all I could! Then let it go!
Haunted by my lack of action, and disappearing from so many lives. I have moved 54 times and have met thousands of people, my childhood made it difficult to embrace relationships due to manipulation and lies, being used by one to hurt another. I know it is not my fault that this person self deleted but I just I would have reached out.. soo many people have come to me with that decision set in mind and I've been able to bring clarity to their hearts and minds, but I don't keep in touch so idk how they are now. I am meant to be a guide and healer, having bought my first home in May it is terrifying thinking of starting a new careeer in this field, to charge people what I have been doing for free for so long. I could save them more money however by helping them.. Help them live a more fulfilling and healthy life.. what are the first steps??
