Webe, thanks for the extra SFX in the dogfights. I know Phly doesn't use things like Epic Thunder anymore for various reasons, but you do find more of those effects with ETSM and I can't play the game without them. Wish WT vanilla would have more of that quality.
wt had some similar sounds at one point , sucks they went back to the quiet style . I loved the engine sounds that are more realistic.
@@frankymr2because the sound for all props was the same and the realsim cry babies complained that different engines sound differently so instead of putting the work in to change every plane they just reverted it.
@@Doc_Paradox This isn't how any of it went down at all, but you believe what you want and throw labels on people if it makes you feel better. If ETSM and others can take the sound engine as it is currently designed and do a lot better job with real samples, there's no reason why WT could not also do the same. Hell, employ some of the talent in the community for sound dev, just like they do for modeling (nearly all are made by community members now). But what does a "realsim cry baby" like me know anyway.

If you read up on it, the VB.10C-1 is pretty much what they settled on as the production model, which was supposed to be able to carry 2x 2500kg bombs and 6x rockets, 3 under each wing. France could have an awesome french-built CAS vehicle...
They need to do this ASAP

I played this plane only in Ground RB stock to spaded and came out at 74% winrate 17 matches. Did the same in VB.10C-1 for 63% winrate in 27 matches. I mostly attribute the wins to good players playing France but I was pleasently surprised by the plane.

I highly recommend checking the history of the VB10, it's a plane that was supposed to be very powerful but was plagued with spontaneous engine fires, failed test, underpower because the factories that made the planned engine got bombed so they had to resort to less powerful, pretty funny stuff, etc...
my experience has been really good with the VB.10s, possibly the best native French-built prop in the tree.

The plane sound FX when passing by and all are legit good. Phly should work in Gaijin's audio department, would bring more realism to RB

I remember in arcade battle the 109's were ridiculous in stall climbs, it didn't matter how much better your plane was stats wise, the guy in the 109 could always keep his guns locked on you no problem even though he was going like 10kph in a stall.
