    My training block 4
    0.20min: Aims of Block 4
    0.27min: Reduction of Drill Volume
    Combining first two drills units
    1.30min: Speed Work
    Comp sprints, run-ups and progression runs
    Fly 20m’s
    2.15min: Prepping for the 60m for Long & Triple Jumpers
    Sprint-float-sprint
    80m runs @ 90%
    Intensity is varied
    Wave loading
    3.00min: CNS monitoring
    3.09min: Summing up & any Questions
    Note is made that jumping from medium and long jumps is important too

    Coach i need help when i try to do take off from full approach i feel like i dont get any hight and i rotate forward i dont no how to fix it its so annoying if you could give me some advice i would be thankful ❤

    Is it okay if i send you a video of my long jump trough instagram? I just came of an injury and want to know what i need to focus on, to get ready for outdoor season :). Good video btw
