All my respect to the most respectful officer PC Jones and hopefully other's will learn from that, hopefully other officers will watch this and use it as a learning curve.
Never thought i would say this . But ten out of ten for both of you..I must be going soft in my old age. The place opened when i was four years old by the way. A great interaction that is rarely seen these days .
Proof that she's programmed with a particular mindset. Well done for your explanation and subsequent education; you've managed to break through that mindset. Many will now think twice about spouting acts and the relevant sections. Brilliant that you pointed out that Hostile Reconnaissance is meant to be reported to senior management before it's used. May the days of "I don't like you filming" be coming to end. Kudos to the lady for actually apologising though. (Back to normal interactions at the end with the car!)
This is one officer I respect as she was willing to listen and learn other police officers should learn from her and great for apologising for her errors well done officer
As my father would say "every day is a learning day". Well done to the officer for listening and taking on board what you said... It turned out to be a fantastic conversation well done to you both :)
You presented yourself so well. You were lovely and calm, and she did listen and appreciate your knowledge and apologized for getting it wrong.. So all's well that ends well. This is one of the best you've did. A good interaction and PC Jones seemed a decent, likeable, good cop...well done to you both.
At the start she did all we don't want to see in a constable. Making sections up on the fly, saying you have to answer her questions and later turns like a leaf in a good way. Great video, and good job on educating her and waking her up.
You handled that brilliantly Yardley Ski. The cop started to mess up, but she then changed her approach, appologised and was then very humble so full respect to the cop. Fantastic Audit, subscribed...
Excellent video. I would never have expected that turn of attitude after your initial meeting with her. The Ice Queen melted and became a spring flower. 😁 Seriously, she deserves full credit for listening to you and admitting her failings, that's what we want from all officers. To see this is so rare, she showed her human side, no ego and was very sincere and honest. I give her a 10/10. Yardley, you were fantastic, what a great outcome.
She did well in the end and really pleased to see that she was able to to see where she had went wrong. They really do need to learn that if you aren't doing anything wrong then you aren't obliged to even speak to them never mind answer their questions. All this "you need to answer me as I'm a serving police officer is nonsense.

I have been an avid watcher of most of the auditors in this country .I have to state that this has been the most respectful interaction between an auditor and a police officer that I have ever seen. This audit should be shown throughout the police force in this country to show police officers how to de-escalate these encounters ,PC Jones should most certainly be commended and of course our own Mr Yardley.
I've been watching audit videos from the US and the UK for 3 or 4 years. This is the best ever audit video. Superbly handled by both you and the Constable. This should be watched by all police and all auditors. Congratulations!
By far the best audit I have seen, credit to you both, PC Jones was magnanimous in her failures and they both finished with respect for each other. I found her quite endearing after this encounter and thank her for her service.
Fair play she took a step back and thought it through and i think she was quite reasonable in the end. She didnt raise her voice or. Become combative she was cool so kudos to her. We need more police like this.
you have changed that police officers approach to the public from now on 100% and i bet she passes on her experience for the better you have both grown from this interaction ....a very well done yardley
@jaylamb.. Let's hope @physical is right and she does learn from this encounter. I'd like to think she will always remember this incident and use it as a positive.
Give credit where credits due this female officer yes granted started off poorly however she did realise that this auditor posed no threat.if only all officers past and present could be as well mannered as this female officer .I’m sure the uk will be a better place .great audit and your manner was second to none great respect to you sir .I have watched some audits where auditors actually go out there and cause the problems themselves .you sir will be too of my list as a fantastic auditor
This is probably the best and most informative audit from you ive seen. Creditbwhere credit is due. Would also like to mention her she was initially hostile but after speaking on your level she was brilliant, this video would go along way by being used in police training.
This fascinates me. I'm visually impaired. I can never read name badges or their numbers. Yet these peoplr frequently seem unaware that many of us have disabilities. This is yet another tell tale sign that they are detached from reality. One step removed from the ability to show empathy. It was a simple question but threw her completely right from the outset. How can she protect the community with so little understanding of what the community is?
This is a masterpiece. From start to finish this work shows what someone can do with knowledge of the law against someone who is supposed to have the knowledge but in reality has virtually zero and relies totally on a uniform to intimidate and abuse. ✌
Great video Yardley! You both did very well in my opinion. It’s important to acknowledge when the police officers do their jobs respectfully and in order. Perhaps there is hope for better days. Peace!
I watched to the end she did redeem herself and was prepared to listen to Ur point of view and I think she'll learn from this experience in a positive way this is what the public expect from our police dialogue.
A very good video 10 out 10 for this female officer as she came down of her high horse and realise her attitude was wrong; we need more officer like her who can listen
Everyone needs to stop saying she had a different attitude later on,she basically changed her demeanour because she couldn’t flex her authority over someone who knew their rights. Also she was being filmed,it would have been a different outcome for someone who didn’t know where they stood lawfully. She was condescending from the start until she realised he wasn’t having any of it!
True. She is still a LIAR and actor that would abuse laws if there was no camera involved, she was playing "nice" once she was scared that her BS will be exposed to the members of the public to see her dirty intentions, filthy hair and wrinkles under her eyes.
This is a fascinating video. She started off with the behaviour we come to expect from the Met. When she realised she was talking complete rubbish and you highlighted what an exposed position she had put herself in, her attitude changed dramatically. I’ve seen very few coppers showing the humility she did and for that she should be congratulated. A video that should be added to the Met’s training programme. Classic stuff YS, well done.
Who did she think she was, I speak in past tense because Yardley very elequently put her right in her place and took her to school and snapped her back into humanity. Brilliant video and exercise and for me it was a positive one eventually and it is about building the bridge but its also about people understanding that they should only insist on being treated by the system under common law and not government legislation, rogue governments dupe people into thinking that they are the same but under common law an alledged crime requires a victim for it to even qualify but under admiralty acts they are imaginary crimes with no victims designed to extort the people for revenue for the fake foney government who have taken over the people, bring back the constitutional constables and get rid of the policy officers, lol, the lady learned well and I am sure the lady at the end was the real her. Top video brother, much prefer the positive ones.
Never got this sovereign citizen routine . policy is not law granted , but there is always a victim when a crime is committed . for example the act of littering or fly tipping the victim is us the people the wildlife and our environment . so are you saying that if you are not aware of a victim then its ok to commit the crime . ? perhaps you can give us some examples of victimless crimes to help us to understand what you are referring to .
@@EvenBigger-Brother im not a sovereign citizen of anywhere, and thats just it, my rights were given to me at birth and not by men, they gave me a birth certificate and if you don't know what that really is then you need to look into 'the strawman ' and the truth is that there are two types of laws at work and weather you know it or not they are different in that one was put in place that is natural law to protect everyone from everyone else and the other one that is in place is admiralty commerce law which has been cloaked well with clever wording and is a system designed to trick the intended revenue provider into giving consent without realising that if its all about claims then rebuttal is allowed and copies of agreements or contracts as evidence that a claim is an actual lawful debt because the main thing they are hiding so the public servants stay the masters is that any and all legislation is only given the power of effect by the consent of the governed, I have never personally voted and as a none participator then only the law of the land is what I recognise and its what suits me best but I don't speak for anyone else. Speaking of victimless crimes to extort and gain control of the people i wasn't thinking about littering but the truth is that it's all government big corpa and pharma and weapons and bad energy choices that is actually responsible for the problems with the flora and fauna and oceans and skies of course and not the people throwing their rubbish in the wrong place but I was thinking more like telling us we are locked down and that anyone attempting to visit a loved one will be arrested and heavily fined while the rule makers and their royal buddies are having shady mask free raves and certainly not socially distancing. Or heavy fines for anyone who wanted to leave the country without first taking a vaccine that they are insisting that the private citizens have to take and provide evidence of taking it while the public servants who are testing their might are not required to take it and are not required to address it. I speak of the covid ones because they are recent but also threatening fines and arrests for a person travelling to work on an electric scooter unless of course its one of theirs which we pay them for and they justify it by saying that they are dangerous even though they are mostly set to a slow speed allowance anyway but even a bike is more dangerous but thats how they are.
@@Itisfinished. I was just pointing out some bylaws are justified and we can fail to see the significance of them in regards to the bigger picture . One benefit of the lockdown is more folk have woke up to the reality of how we are treated by those in authority . can you do me a favour have you looked at the bylaws on your local council pages on gov .uk . that were introduced during lockdown . Look up council open spaces, nature reserves etc and see if you now require permission to film . As a photographer who worked in conjunction with the council and other management teams , nobody ever mentioned any restrictions other than those associated with disturbing protected species .
Whoa - this has to be the best audit and interaction and most of all the best police training video that the MET could use in educating their officers, respect to the Officer for standing there and listening what needed to be said and yep the section 37 was realisation that the longer we stay in a position of power and never learn above and beyond we will fail miserably along the way, she learnt and i think this was a awesome moment.

Ps nice to see the subscribers are creeping up but you deserve a lot more..
Probably the best interaction I’ve seen on your channel. She turned it round. You could tell she’d never seen an audit before!
She soon realised she was talking to someone who knows the law way better than she does. Great audit Yardley👍
As my father would say "every day is a learning day". Well done to the officer for listening and taking on board what you said... It turned out to be a fantastic conversation well done to you both :)
Cheers 🍻
You presented yourself so well. You were lovely and calm, and she did listen and appreciate your knowledge and apologized for getting it wrong.. So all's well that ends well. This is one of the best you've did. A good interaction and PC Jones seemed a decent, likeable, good cop...well done to you both.
Cheers 🍻 much appreciated 👍
What a nice interaction and a genuine police officer IMHO .More humble than most police officers
At the start she did all we don't want to see in a constable. Making sections up on the fly, saying you have to answer her questions and later turns like a leaf in a good way. Great video, and good job on educating her and waking her up.
Cheers 🍻
She turned out to be one of the good ones. A good egg and ate Humble pie quite well. 👍 Up to her.
She started off terribly but she turned it around. Nice to see a constable who is willing to forego her ego and apologize. Big respect to her.
You handled that brilliantly Yardley Ski. The cop started to mess up, but she then changed her approach, appologised and was then very humble so full respect to the cop. Fantastic Audit, subscribed...
She actually turned out alright in the end. She actually did what she's supposed to do - calm down a situation, not inflame it.
Excellent video. I would never have expected that turn of attitude after your initial meeting with her. The Ice Queen melted and became a spring flower. 😁
Seriously, she deserves full credit for listening to you and admitting her failings, that's what we want from all officers. To see this is so rare, she showed her human side, no ego and was very sincere and honest. I give her a 10/10. Yardley, you were fantastic, what a great outcome.
Glad you enjoyed it! Cheers 🍻
She did well in the end and really pleased to see that she was able to to see where she had went wrong. They really do need to learn that if you aren't doing anything wrong then you aren't obliged to even speak to them never mind answer their questions. All this "you need to answer me as I'm a serving police officer is nonsense.
Don't be naive sheep. She is still a LIAR and actor that would abuse laws if there was no camera involved, she was playing "nice" once she was scared that her BS will be exposed to the members of the public to see her dirty intentions, filthy hair and wrinkles under her eyes.
Thank you, much appreciated 🍻
I've been watching audit videos from the US and the UK for 3 or 4 years. This is the best ever audit video. Superbly handled by both you and the Constable. This should be watched by all police and all auditors. Congratulations!
Cheers 🍻 much appreciated 👍
By far the best audit I have seen, credit to you both, PC Jones was magnanimous in her failures and they both finished with respect for each other. I found her quite endearing after this encounter and thank her for her service.
Fair play she took a step back and thought it through and i think she was quite reasonable in the end. She didnt raise her voice or. Become combative she was cool so kudos to her. We need more police like this.
you have changed that police officers approach to the public from now on 100% and i bet she passes on her experience for the better you have both grown from this interaction ....a very well done yardley
Nah, she will revert back to tyrant during her next interaction with a member of the public (who doesn’t know their rights).
Thank you @physical
@jaylamb.. Let's hope @physical is right and she does learn from this encounter. I'd like to think she will always remember this incident and use it as a positive.
I love the lady , she like listening and learn too ,
Give credit where credits due this female officer yes granted started off poorly however she did realise that this auditor posed no threat.if only all officers past and present could be as well mannered as this female officer .I’m sure the uk will be a better place .great audit and your manner was second to none great respect to you sir .I have watched some audits where auditors actually go out there and cause the problems themselves .you sir will be too of my list as a fantastic auditor
This is probably the best and most informative audit from you ive seen. Creditbwhere credit is due. Would also like to mention her she was initially hostile but after speaking on your level she was brilliant, this video would go along way by being used in police training.
Well I admit she managed to pull it back from the initial interaction!!
What a fabulous officer….and how refreshing, listening thinking it through and apologising…. Well done ma’am, respect to you.
Great video Yardley! You both did very well in my opinion. It’s important to acknowledge when the police officers do their jobs respectfully and in order. Perhaps there is hope for better days.
Peace!
She was a decent person in the end i have major respect for someone whom accepts when they made a mistake good on her !
Great audit. She is no better than the rest of the gang, if you wasn't so well informed she most certainly would have violated your rights.
under section 356😂😂😂
@@krankinkogs you mean section 999
Under the policing laws 😂
A lawyer with a camera, what could be more perfect than this... Excellent interaction Yardley
Cheers and Thanks

Everyone needs to stop saying she had a different attitude later on,she basically changed her demeanour because she couldn’t flex her authority over someone who knew their rights. Also she was being filmed,it would have been a different outcome for someone who didn’t know where they stood lawfully. She was condescending from the start until she realised he wasn’t having any of it!
True. She is still a LIAR and actor that would abuse laws if there was no camera involved, she was playing "nice" once she was scared that her BS will be exposed to the members of the public to see her dirty intentions, filthy hair and wrinkles under her eyes.
Thanks PC Jones for the apology, great of you to stay listen and learn, wish more cop's were this open to civil interaction.
Thank you
Imagine if all disputes were resolved this beautifully in the end ❤❤
Wow, this PC actually LISTENED 😮😮😮😮
Eventually
What a lovely lady- much respect to her.
Your so right I wish auditors would use common law .
Well done, Yardley. I think Samantha learned a BIG lesson today. Thank you for treating this lady with respect.
The ski man is boss respect the ski man
Whoa - this has to be the best audit and interaction and most of all the best police training video that the MET could use in educating their officers, respect to the Officer for standing there and listening what needed to be said and yep the section 37 was realisation that the longer we stay in a position of power and never learn above and beyond we will fail miserably along the way, she learnt and i think this was a awesome moment.
Cheers 🍻 much appreciated 👍
What a great audit. Definitely should go into your top 5. I actually felt it got heartwarming half way through, and ended on a really good note. You are doing a great job Yardley. I'd go so far as to say you are providing a public service.
Thank you, much appreciated 🍻
Brilliant conversation all round, you don't get many Officer's who are prompt to admit their mistakes. I praise 👏 her for that 🙏
Cheers 🍻
She is a decent pc and came over that way, wish there was more of her kind. She accepted what you said and apologised for the way in which she originally came across as. Nice lady👍👍
Eventually she did the right thing, after "strong arming" didn't work. She blustered, got knocked back, and became the type of cop she should have been from the get go.
Respect for the apology and levelling . Possibly because she was on shaky ground quoting terrorism act . Good to see you reciprocate. A very worthwhile interaction .
Ouch!!!! Well done Yardley - you helped with educating an officer. Constable Jones was humble enough to accept your input - well done Samantha.
Humble...don't make me laugh, she was upset she got caught.
She is a prime example as to why the MET is on special measures....attitude.
Wow! What another rare find. A cop admitting being wrong. We need a Country full of cops like her
This is like therapy for me. Nothing better than seeing these stuck up arrogant good for Nothing winkers getting some grief. God bless you.
Bless her, this is the first auditing video that has made me appreciate that some of the police are human, at leat she is! Good on her for apologising.
That lady pc needs to be promoted not repremanded that ended very well and she was very accountable for her wrong doings and was a surprise to see she ended up being a very lovely person big up to her. From Australia brother
we need more like her - fair play.
YS: 'section was *repelled* ' 😆
Wow!! Brilliantly handled. Hopefully, her attitude will change for the better. Well done.
She went from tyrannical to personable. Smart and logical thinking, it was like watching a chess tournament. In the end she realised that an officious approach wouldn't cut the mustard.
A good interaction that I watched all the way without any fast-forwarding.
Kudos to both of you.
Thank you
The lady was very calm and collected well done lady officer.
Great audit and the wpc took it on the chin and did apologise not like others the egos are too big to apologise
Admitting mistakes is a strength and a useful tool to improve both professionally and in private. Glad to see some police are capable of this.
Yes I agree with that
Yardley, you just keep getting better and better. I have watchwd every single onw of your audits and its clwar to see from this particular audit that you have absolutely mastered your art. My hat off to you mate....ermmm sorry Sir 😉 The Met and other police forces should 100% put you on the payroll and get you out there training their officers on how to build confidence with the public. My hat also goes off to Constable Jones. Madam you absolutely redeemed yourself by admitting your mistakes whikst engaged in this interaction. Perhaos you and Yardley could work together ttaining officers. Fantastic stuff both of you. Much respect.
Your calm way in this video is awesome 👌 like it loads better. But I understand when you do get angry though (or sound angry) great stuff!😊
Samantha you are a lovely lady and a fantastic police officer. I have seen many many of these videos and you are the best person I have seen covered. I did think that Yardley was a bit unfair in dragging it out but he is not used to dealing with a proper human being during his interaction with police. Samantha best wishes to you and thanks for being a PROPER POLICE OFFICER and human being.
NOW that was a civil member of authority , calm collected and informative, very polite, quiet and respectable which in turn gains due respect from YS, A pleasant encounter, thanks to you both.. THIS SHOULD BE SHOWN TO ALL THE NEW RECRUITS.....................Yardley ? how about sending or delivering some flowers with a special thank you. now that would be a first ? be a very nice gesture. a little kindness goes a long way. THANK YOU.
Watch this space, cheers 🍻
