I adore his voice actor, he genuinely sounds so tired and done with dealing with so many damn teens with spray cans and attitude, this man is like “SHOOT ON SIGHT”.
I remember when I was a kid my brother and I used to treat this guy like a whole villain. XD I remember when he went bat shit with the golden rhinos. He scared the crap out of me when he would just appear.

I wonder what Hayashi’s age is. Considering he’s grey, he’s gotta be in his 60’s at least. If that’s the case it’s kinda surprising that he’s still in service at his age.
Me and my friend joked that he may be not even that old, but gone fully grey because of the stress lol. I think this headcanon fits considering all of his other ridiculous and cartoony behavior
@@dedtoot That’s a possibility too. He reminds me of Cyrus Temple from saints row, in both appearance and attitude, and how they both take things to an extreme level in an attempt to destroy their enemies. Though Cyrus was pretty collected until saints row 4, that’s when he lost it.

@@dedtoot Interesting, because in the original JSR all characters had different voices between the two versions, even the noise tank. Well technically not all since Pots is the same in both versions.

Same sounds like a woman's voice. Which is confusing. Maybe this is what they meant in the JayIsThey video about this game somehow having trans inclusion and representation, which was the silliest thing I've ever heard in a JSRF video.
@@levilurgya bit of a late response(sorry), I'm assuming you're talking about the jsrf fan documentary(since they made more jsr videos and I'm not watching those)? Either way, that video didn't say that, it just mentioned trans issues as one of the types of discrimination in general? Which is still a little silly, but not thaaaat out of pocket to bring up, since jsrf tackles themes of oppression. @@dedtoot I find it very strange how DJ Professor K’s voice actor is the only one properly credited in both games (Where his voice actor is listed next to the character). Literally everyone else is unknown, well aside from JSRF Goji and Noise Tank apparently.
Also tab and garam are known. And maybe combo?? They did return for jsrf too so it counts. And the only reason dj k is even credited is because celebrity voice acting or something. It's extremely stupid, everyone should've been credited properly.
@@dedtoot Can you please tell me who voiced Garam and Tab? I only want to know because I’m curious if they did voice work in other media I’ve consumed over the years. English: completely unhinged
Japanese: Insane genius
You can hear him slowly losing his sanity.
he’s certainly one of the characters of all time
Can't argue with that
It's like if you mixed Andrew from Star Fox and Adachi from Persona 4, and made both of them literally insane (i mean the latter already is, but...)
Lol I was about to comment about something related to Adachi

Is it just me or is Japanese Hayashi more intimidating then English Hayashi?
In my opinion both are intimidating in their own way, but yeah the japanese dub sounds more threatening lol
