When I click on the Messenger icon in the top right, there is no "other". If I click on the See All messages down at the bottom, it open the full screen page but again there is no icon or link for "Other". I only start this because somehow this morning I opened Messenger and a new link showed up that was a "hidden" list of 'commercial messages' that had been hidden. I opened one and that's the last I saw of it. In fact, none of my screens look like you. I"m on a laptop. I just tried on my iphone and my screens don't look like yours either. Am I missing some update? FYI: I cannot see your cursor so I have no idea where you are clicking

I don't have those icons? So how can I get to those unread messages?
Check the spam folder on your messenger section. On Desktop will be under "New Message Requests" in the messenger section. On the app is will be in the messenger app under "Message Request".

Try going directly to the messenger website
on their website. www.Messenger.com
Let's start with the desk top, cause nobody has a huge desk top anymore, fewer and few people have Iphone, so that convenient as well... I'm out
