Thanks so much for your reaction Highly. :) Great mates John and Jimmy doing what they do best! And last but not least, Jimmy's brother in law Diesel on that purple guitar. These legends really don't need auto-tune to make their voices sound better lol.
Did you know Jimmy Barnes celebrated his 40th wedding anniversary this year? His brother in law, the guitarist Johnny Diesel is up to his 32nd anniversary, and John Farnham has been married 48 years.
Loved the reaction you had to John Farnham' "Help" Cover. He's Bloody good. Love his stuff more now at sixty than I did in my twenties and thirties. But that was my preconscieved ideas, and boy was I ever wrong.
Both these singers were at their best in the late 1980's and early 1990's. It is a great loss that they did not record/perform more songs together. Both are Australian iconic singers and performers.
Jimmy Barnes was lead singer in Australian Band, Cold Chisel. He is an old rocker. This performance was on Hey, Hey It’s Saturday. TV show from 80’s and 90’s like Saturday Night Live. Darryl Sommers was the host. Ozzie Ostrich was the bird and he was responsible for a lot of comedy and wise cracks. Jimmy Barnes and John Farnham are old friends from way back and have performed together at pubs and clubs around Australia during 90’s and 2000’s.
Fantastic talents individually. Fantabulous together. And the gorgeous Diesel coming into the mix... Just great. BTW - these guys don't just sing about it - they live it. Role model it. Both solid in their respective - & respectful - decades long marriages too.
Great choice. Two great Australian icons. Cheers from a great Aussie woman PS: that pink bird is Ossie Ostrich from the long running (20+ years variety show) "Hey, Hey it's Saturday
@@debbiecharles7912 I have good news for you! Ryan Was (that’s his YT channel’s name too) is a reactor from Indiana who loves discovering new things about Australia. He’s had a lot of fun posting episodes of Hey Hey It’s Saturday. He likes Agro and Anne-Marie, also Red Faces.
What you see is what you get with these legends....Love all your comments mate. If you do any more please do a 'live' version as he goes above and beyond a performance.
Love your reactions to Aussie talent. I would like to request a reaction to John Farnham .....Touch of Paradise. Get goose bumps every time I hear this song.
@@carokat1111 for a start, the music is exactly the same as the recorded track, but the big giveaway is the guitars not being plugged in 🙂 - the singing though was very live
Lol I didn't realise I lived walking distance from John Farnham as a kid. We found out cos we were selling Xmas paper to fundraise for school & rolled up on some of the fancy homes in the suburb & we had to talk on the intercom & all. Lol this is like 1986 or something ha. He was very nice
Love your reactions, I always come back to watch your Guy Sebastian and John Farnham reactions when I need a pick me up, fills my heart with joy. Would dearly love to see you react to John Farnham singing When The War Is Over ❤️

Both Australian rock royalty.
John is known as "The Voice" in Australia. Jimmy is a rock God.
Both freaking legends.
Don’t forget another icon there, it’s diesel playing the guitar 👍🏼

Jane saved Jimmy from his boozing ways. He would be dead if it wasn't for her.
Who would think 3 men bellowing down a microphone could be such a successful love ballad. Love it
Yep you don’t get better than these 3. Luv from Australia ❤️🎼❤️🎼❤️

Love Barnsey & Farnsey - two of my absolute favs
John has had at least one hit song in 5 consecutive decades. Thank you.
I loved towards the end u wasn’t reacting u was listening lol
Best part is the musicians are miming to the recorded track but the vocals are legitimately live
How do you know that? I am sure it was live.

Nice reatction. LOL Is it just me, or has Ernest (Jim Varney) started doing reactions?
Could you please react to Jimmy Barnes and Joe Bonamassa song Stone Cold.
YES! Amazing song.
Ah yes. Back in the day when everyone knew the answer to “what is a woman?” And a man was a man. And we loved it!
