Congrats on the summit, looking to do this myself next year. Was curious, the week prior you turned back due to the spotty snow bridge, did this re freeze for the next week? Or why was it a different story this time? Thanks for the videos really helpful and cool to see!

ricky627899 thanks mate. Great question. The first attempt we left too late (after midnight). The bridge would have been fine to cross on the way up, but coming down would have been questionable since the snow would have been soft. Our second attempt, we left much earlier so the snow was harder going up and back. Best of luck!

What were the conditions at the snow bridge that turned you back the week before?

Ben Smith snow was soft...we left too late in the day. Would have been risky crossing back after summiting. Guides said it was melting a lot each day and it eventually collapsed.
