    I don’t know if it’s a good thing or a bad thing, but I have to stop meditating about ice cream before I go to bed😎 seriously, though, Saint Paul’s direction on meditation is a good word. Whenever I slip into discouragement or frustration with my situation, I just start thinking about how much God has blessed me in my life. Then, my whole attitude changes. Praise be to the Father!
    BTW, I took your advice about reading systematically four chapters of the Bible each day back in February. It is the first thing I do each morning when I wake up. It is an excellent discipline. I have been through the New Testament twice already. But it looks like it will be more than one year to get through the old testament. Just curious Dash do you include the deuterocanonical books in your reading?

      I use the Blue Letter Bible app on my phone and they have about 4 different ways to read through the bible each year. Keeps it simple and I am thankful for taking this time each day. Glad to see you are reading daily. Bless you.
