My question is, when regular stamping I thought you had to be pretty quick with it so that it didn't dry before you got it on the nail. If that's the case, wouldn't this take some time to do so wouldn't part of it dry before you were able to get it on the nail?

Hi! We recommend applying a Sticky Base Coat after you are done filling the image on the stamper. Wait for at least 45 secs before you stamp the image. Hope this helps! :)

Do you let it dry a bit before stamping it on the nail?

Hi Jen, after applying the Sticky Base Coat, wait for at least 45 sec before you stamp. You need it to be tacky before stamping the image. Hope this helps!
