    As a top 10 guy who fought young Federer more than 10 times, Henman's h2h against Federer is very solid

    I didn't realize how good Henman's game was. He was an outstanding all-court player.

    i watch yesterday the roddick federer AO 2007.
    ON hard fastcourt he is a totally different player to slow hardcourt.

      This is a point I make all the freaking time. The courts were slowed down in 2008 in large part because of Roger winning everything. Nobody has sped up the courts because Djokovic is winning everything, have they? When people talk about the GOAT and impact on the game - that's impact that in the end affected the trajectory of Roger's career. IIRC in 2012 he even talked about how much slower the courts were. To this day all but 3 tourneys - Cincy, Dubai and Shanghai - slowed down their hard courts. And guess which tourneys Roger won the most? Dubai and Cincy. Shanghai didn't become a Masters until 2009 or 2010 because for 4 years prior to that it was the home of the ATP finals.

      @@jollymolly2521 Just look on YT all the most exciting match of RF, almost all the most exciting ones are the ones you mentioned. I would say his most dominating performance are all from these three

    O jogo de tênis ficou menos interessante sem a presença de um verdadeiro artista que atende pelo nome de Roger Federer. Ele não jogava apenas tênis; ele fazia verdadeiras obras de arte com suas jogadas inesquecíveis!!! Dimitrov e Alcaraz lembram um pouco o Feder, mas apenas um pouco. Alcaraz tem muito talento e vai longe.

    Tim became a much better all-around player later in his career, but unfortunately, he could never get past the semifinals.

    Fed had lots of success with B players and B tournaments..50% of fed titles were on B circuit 250/500..Fed didn't thnk when he played just wasn't tennis smart and he just isn't a very bright guy u see it in his post match speeches nothing real to say just bumbled through his speeches

    • @peterlang3370
      @peterlang3370 8 месяцев назад

      B players like Henman, right?
      Henman was world number 4, reached 6 major SFs (incl. 4 in Wimbledon) at a time when courts were much faster.
      Henman was everything but a B player, and actually had a pretty decent H2H against Federer.
      And here he was just toyed around with, thats the truth.

    Fed was over rated he had weak mental game and weak backhand...Fed got the goldilocks era 2003-2009 where he got his sqaush game going but once djoki and nadal got going fed's sqaush game faded fast..Fed only won 33% of the matches in GS against nadal/djoki that is a failure!..Fed couldn't even beat nadal once at French and lossed to djoki 3 times in a row at wimbledon finals on his supposed best surface!! In the end fed was over marketed to the koolaid drinking , armchair tennis fans who goobled it up so big corp /fed could sell lots of running shoes and watches

      Even 3 times Grandslam winner Wawrinka humbled your Djoki two times coming from behind in two GS finals. 3 times GS winner Andy Murray defeated GOAT Djoki in two GS finals . Nadal had to wait upto 2017 to win second US open when almost all the major players got injured and faced players outside top 10 to win. Don't even come up with Nadal Djokovic joke against Federer . The players he dominated was real monsters Safin, Nalbadian, Devdinko, Blake, Hewit

    • @canski5646
      @canski5646 8 месяцев назад

      so desperate of course all players lose ..Thankfully nadal and djoki came along to save tennis from Fedsqaush and his weak backhand ,mental strength and l all the over marketing to the armchair tennis players who drank the koolaid...Fed was ok but his game was not tennis as djoki/nadal..Fed was running shoes and watches
