Thanks for sharing. Ive been dreaming of owning a corvette since i was 13. Low and behold, at 73, i finally scored an 07 c6 ls2 automatic, atomic orange with 73000 miles. Its been garage kept, seldom driven. It came with 2 tops, a new set of michelin, a new harmonic balancer, a new shift cable and new brakes, only been serviced by the dealership. What i like about it is, its quite. I bought mine to just cruise, plus i drive my age, 73. Thanks again
I own a Black on Black 2009 C6 Z51 with the 436 hp LS3 auto with paddle shift. The Z51 was within my budget. The LS3 has not required any repairs. Keeping it clean and polished is the majority of the maintenance but I consider it a labor of love. This car is supersonic fast and feels like it is on rails through the turns. The smooth body lines and original Corvette taillights rivals my brother's C7 .I will never sell it or my black "blown and injected" 57 Chevy Z51.
Thanks My Friend I'm going to buy a 2008 with about the same equipt. that you had on your black beauty, but will be silver! Thanks again it really helped me decide!! Hope You're loving your C7!
@@davetoole2416 they used to be much cheaper last winter to a year ago a example with 20k miles was 18 to 20k but now they cary8a 5 to 7k premium idk why only place to find a reasonable deal on one now is cars.com or auto tempest if you search hard enough
I know this car is long gone but I've been looking for the emblem that you added to the front fenders without success. Do you remember where you got them? Very nice car, by the way.
With this Chevy C6 Corvette, it is an automatic, but in this car, a person can still shift this automatic floor shift from the lowest gear to the highest gear while driving, as you slowly take your foot off of the accelerator. I am pretty sure.
It said 2008 on the title but it was just the base trim which is why steering wheel is bare. The higher trim levels had controls on the steering wheel.
@@n8wavy these older cars weren't faster with auto they were usually slower. The whole "auto is faster" bullshit is a fairly recent thing. Also if you can actually drive a manual correctly you won't be losing much ground to an auto. Manual is way more fun and make the driving experience completely different and you can still be plenty fast if you can actually drive. With a manual it's up to the driver how fast they are with an auto the car and the ecu does all the work for you. It takes away alot of the driving experience.

Perfect. Just like the clean black C4 that Chris Sherilis (Val Kilmer) drove in HEAT.
Nice car bro. I just bought an 09 base manual. My first Vette. Too bad we can't always keep em all!
Enjoy the new one!
@@darrendepuglia928 Enjoy your first Vette! There’s nothing like them, you’ll love it!
Getting a blk/blk m6 z51 on the 19th of July I can’t wait.
Thanks for info, shopping for an ‘08 C6 & agree they are best performance value & feature combo. Congrats on your new ride - hope you love it too.
Did you buy an 08 C6? If yes, how has your experience been?
It's going to make a great buy for some one. Very well taken care of.
Coral Gables 🌴🇺🇸 As a long time VETT owner my 2008 is a GREAT car 👌 🏄
My 2008 still has the stock radio LMFAO but then again it only has 15,000 miles on the clock ! So plenty of time to add things on along the way
Caliper covers...cool Car looks great. I'm saving up for mine. Do I go stick or auto - - not sure - I'm learning towards stick.
snug fit there Hauss, I found it tight went with CTS-V back in 2007, same power + four seats. Good looking vette for sure
I wanna see that with a touring spoiler with two electronically adjustable fins and a body kit with lips in the front and fins on the back bumper
Learned something new! Caliper covers!

You won't be disappointed. The C6 is an excellent choice!
Great Video Thankyou! Looking to purchase a 2008 so this was very helpful
you will love it ! Just completed a 3,000 mile trip in mine, 430hp and still averaged 25 mpg !
nice ride bro. glad you got one. just started to look at vettes.
Thank you!
Nice man! I just snagged my first Vette this week (08 C6 LS3) in Orlando for $12,000! Lets go!!!
How on earth did you get a 2008 for $12,000?

Lol I was going to buy a c7 but i might pick up a clean black c6 for half the price lol
C6 is half the Corvette of a C7.
@@angelobovara317 Well, half as flashy anyways.
Angelo Bovara not really they have almost the same power

a trick: watch series on instaflixxer. I've been using them for watching a lot of movies lately.
Beautiful car bro.
Love the C6 CORVETTE
Update on C7? Glad you did it? Was it worth the upgrade?
Yes, C7 totally worth the update and glad I did it!
Hello can i buy vette 2011 LS3 6.2 V8 with 110k mi for 20k? Response please
Good review,great car.

Very nice car, by the way.
I think it was from West Coast Corvettes. Got them online.

Sweet car! Needs some chop though. I beat the he'll out of mine till 130k! Try that with a ferrari!
Great Video 👍🏿
Thank you!
Damn he out in the country for real. Yeah dude you barely driving that’s why you ain’t done crap to it
Got a 13 GS auto and have left all the manuals behind.
Do you miss your C6?
It was a solid car and I do miss it.
@Man Vs Machine 727 maybe you'll get another one some day!
What’s the horsepower and torque?
It was a bone stock car and it was 430hp and about 430 torque.
Man Vs Machine 727 thanks man
Nice . . . YOU~ROCk ! !
That wierd lens makes it look like a volks wagon beetle. But it is a super car. I own a 2008 black corvette also
Lose the LS3 badging on the fender! Looks extremely tacky! Place it on the lower rocker panel.
I want to buy it
I like your house you have no Neighbors n dude bad ass c6
I don’t think that’s a 2008....exhaust looks different if it’s stock and the steering wheel in 2008 had radio controls. Just saying....
It said 2008 on the title but it was just the base trim which is why steering wheel is bare. The higher trim levels had controls on the steering wheel.
If he has an LS3 it’s an 08
dope
It’s 389 whp
This is really late but..... when i saw the caliper covers, i knew the car was an automatic.
Two words leaf springs
The Covers are Fake Brembo looking, dont make sense these Covers its Silly, if want better brakes need willwood pin system if cant afford brembos... 🤔
Get rid of the stupid brake covers😂😂😂🤦♂️
Automatic? Why sir, lol!
Because it’s faster
Some people have bad knees and hips

Manuals are much harder to find, especially in the base model.
Automatics are considerably less expensive than the manual version...more money for upgrades!
The fake calipers and cheesy badges on the side are a bit lame.... C'mon, bro.
Good thing I sold that car🤣
