    Isnt that the gambler's phallacy, in reverse? It's still 2.7% each and every bet.

    i still dont get it. If i have 100$, and i bet it all on blackjack, with a house edge of 0.5%, i will lose 0.5$ on average. But if i bet 10 times with 10 dollars per bet, it will all add up to 0.5$ again.

      It's simple brother, don't get confused too much with numbers. If the RTP of a game is 97% the edge is 3% which means you have a 3% chance of losing that entire bet. Statistically speaking: you have better odds of gambling big money at once, then dividing it up into smaller bets. Which is also where the saying "Scared money, don't make money" came from.
      But, people tend to think, if they bet smaller, they have higher odds of winning big, because of higher chances. That's just false.

      You should also understand that it's calculated within 200,000,000,000 plays. Which could technically mean you have to spin 6 billion times (on a slot machine) to see some actual results. Which is a lot of money.
