depends on your goals,needs if you are into performance then yog helps in lot other ways but doesn't fulfill your requirements but if you are into normal non performance aspects then yog is best...so I usually suggest to be clear on what you want and then decided accordingly...you can add both in combination for the best of what you can achieve then nothing like it...!!
