  • Chartreuse is one of those liqueurs that is a must-have for any proper cocktail bar, yet so many of us bartenders don't seem to know much about it. This is partly due to the fact that much of its production is shrouded in legend and hearsay.
Because of mysteries surrounding this classic liqueur, we decided to meet with some of the good folks from the Chartreuse team, Ria Soler, Chartreuse Brand Ambassador, and the president of Chartreuse himself, Emmanuel Delafon.
So, join us this week as we talk about Quentin Tarantino, Bon Jovi, and the distilling habits of Carthusian Monks.
New episodes will be up every week. Much love, and thank you for tuning in!

Chartreuse is fantastic. Like it plain, on the rocks.

Just ordered a bottle of Chartreuse green, looking forward to trying it, big fan of herbal bitters. Gammel Dansk from Denmark is one of my favourites so far. I usually just drink them with sparkling water or neat.

Just tried it, very nice drink. Reminds me of a cross between Gammel Dansk and Jaegermeister when drunk on it's own at room temperature. Definitely going to make a nice long drink chilled with some sparkling water or tonic water. Great video and channel!
