I have been riding horses for over 30 years. I am currently a certified Farrier. I just want to thank you for your video. The way you explained posture on A HORSE is more understandable than I’ve ever heard anyone explain it. Very very important facts that you pointed out. Your video helped me as well! Thank you!

WE practice without horse as well, yes ?? Especially, keeping body quiet from hips down. Reaching forward, twisting & reaching back, etc.
Also, our fingers up to our ears. Distance between hands, direct rein, indirect rein, bend to a 🛑, lead changes, backing, etc. releasing and gathering up reins WITHOUT looking.🙈
Baseball pitcher practicing throwing. Repetitions until 2nd nature.😊. 6 C's.
