The Cut Out is an amazing tool. I use the vertical and horizontal cut out tools all the time and they're actually the first tools in my Favorites. Thanks for pointing out the AutoFill option when moving things with the Selection option. I thought I had to use the Move tool to get it to fill back in.

Love Snagit! The autofill feature you demonstrated is new to me...don't know how I overlooked that. Thank you! I'm curious about your "green" screen / chroma setup if you don't mind sharing. I'm mostly curious whether you're using an actual green screen, lights, etc.
Hello Pray you are well. you print screen, select and it takes you straight to editor, what do i need to do to make that happen. Mine use to do that just yesterday, somehow i did something that added that step with the camera video or panoramic, i do not want that i want to select area and go st to editor like you did. Please help Many Blessing
Greenshot is the closest I've seen. It is free, but Snagit still does more than Greenshot, but Greenshot is a huge improvement over the default screen capture apps.

Yes, you can change the arrow or other drawing objects.

Do not waste your time with other screen captures and editors -- Snagit is worth every penny, even if you use the basic features.
