How Can we get rid of the 3 small icons when recording video. Refer to timestamp 12:03 (bottom left). As soon as you started recording the 3 icons buttons (Drawing option, pause, webcam). Is there a way to hide them when recording full screen? I do start and stop recording using hotkeys and would like to have this small bar to disappear. Any idea? TIA.
To hide the three small icons (Drawing option, pause, webcam) at the bottom left during full-screen recording on Snagit, try accessing the preferences/settings menu and disabling the option for "Show controls during capture

I can't remember if you can define the thickness when you work with Snagit. You can change the font of course, I really like this new version. Some really nice updates
Never happens to me either. & i use at least a dozen times a day. In fact, snagit has been the most stable of all the applications I use. You might want to contact Snagit Helpdesk as there may be some setting, configuration when installed that was probably not done properly.

You can define both the thickness and the color of an arrow…i use it frequently.
I suffer from regular bouts of vertigo, as millions of others do. The hypnotizing background at beginning triggers it. Can't watch it.
