Brings back memories of my time in Farnham, thank you Sarah. That Cafe Nero at the bottom of Castle Street used to be the Coach and Horses pub back in the day. And where the market kiosks are now, there used to be a fruit and vegetable market stall run by the Martin family.
Thanks for watching, and what lovely memories you must have of Farnham. A beautiful town, but I'm surprised at how quickly it's changing- I was there yesterday & so many flats are cropping up everywhere. A great new cinema has recently appeared in Brightwells Yard, though. 😊
The Coach and Horses replaced with a dull as ditchwater over priced coffee outlet? I left in 81. The place went downhill when they closed the old outdoor swimming pool.
So many places have changed, haven't they? In particular flats cropping up, and yes, I agree, overpriced coffee shops everywhere. Godalming & Guildford too, sadly...
