I would like to add something that may be overlooked. The color settings are for me extremely important. At my age the color reinforces memory jogs . Taking the time setting up the Background & Symbology is very necessary for understanding the relationships of the symbology. Your settings are very useful to follow and I missed when you've shared them in the videos. I have discovered them by trial and error. Now that I have duplicated them I follow along much better. Just a suggestion. Every new student should be aware of what may help in the learning theater.....Good fun for all!
Thank you for your great teaching! I went along with almost all of your lab and exercise sessions. Now I feel I can draw almost anything in SE, as long as there are no free-forms involved. Started already to produce my own design ideas. Unfortunately, the exercise series seems to stop at lesson #18! My only issue with SE is that it runs sluggish on my notebook, which was high-end about 5 years ago. FreeCad or even something browser based like Onshape is performing much better on my hardware- still, I like SE more for what it offers functionality wise.
My computer kicked me off the program just as I approached finishing....I must remember to save on a regular interval while building the model..Aargh!!!
Note to Dr. : You will find it much easier to select the tange/web to extrude to 6mm before you select the concentric circles to make the 12mm sections. This way you don't waste steps by finding and using sketch 'restore'. By using the above order of execution, you save mouse movement and clicking around. And it appears likely you use drawing/sketches created from Siemens - You might alert them to the Title Block being INCHES exclusively and the DWGs object dimensions wrongfully not designated as UNITS of mm. I don't know which Siemens 'Support' to contact. It very unprofessional. Shows all associated to not have real world industry/production experience. It teaches poor drafting/CAD practices leading to Poor Quality in Education, and production delays, and quite possibly wrong parts in MFG. Not a good look. Thank you for your efforts. I am sure you are aware that, "Poor quality in = Poor quality out." Video production change: Please go back to showing more of the SE application window as you work. The limited window section view on this video makes it confusing for the student (me) to know what is happening without seeing the Command Ribbon and the side bar of DWG steps completed. Also, the Overall Window Zoom in/out to see sections of the Application are distracting. (The Zooming in/out to work on the part is OK.) You are aware the mouse scroll button is the Zoom? The use of off screen icon indicated commands is not obvious and is a waste of mouse movement. I think most of us students will have mouse scroll buttons available? Makes for a more experienced skilled experience. Thank you for posting. I am learning from you.

Thanks for the 'Rib' technique to extend the rib line a mm+ at the ends to produce a rib. I would never have figured that trick out.
Thank you.
Thanks. Another very useful tutorial.
Thank you so much for your feedback. I am glad you find it interesting.
Starting my journey on a second CAD skill, Solid Edge. Started on your early labs. Very helpful!
Thank you so much for the feedback. I wish you all the best

This is great. I will start the surface tutorial and other new materials soon. Wish you all the best.
@@drmseif This will be great. I am looking forward very much. Thank you for all the wunderful videos!

You can set this up to be done automatically. But it can be anoying sometimes.

Where is the Tange/web command?
