Clemson vs. Auburn: The #2 Tigers took down the SEC’s Tigers, 19-13 in a nail biter. Mike Williams returned for Clemson and was fantastic, making 9 catches for a whopping 174 yards. Wayne Gallman ran for 123 yards and two touchdowns, while Deshaun Watson threw for 248 yards and a score in the victory. A determined Auburn team wanted it bad but Clemson was just that much more for the win. Congrats Clemson!
Sooners destroyed those same SEC Tigers 35-19 in a laugher. An over matched Auburn team wilted against OU much the same way Alabama did.
Despite the close score, it really wasn’t the referenced nail biter. Clemson was clearly the better team.
