Yay I made this! It was good but it was very rich and filling...
I really love onions. I love to do that, pasta with onions or fish with onions but I love add first the garlic, just seconds so they get the color, then I add the onions and when needs just one minute more I add the garlic again and are really good.

Laura big fan! But pro tip. Always cook bacon starting in a cold fan. It makes the fat render a lot better and also can prevent a lot of grease splashing.
