I’ve never had rok straps but will give some a try on your recommendation…in fact I’ve mislaid the original straps so need something 😂 What size straps are you using?
Hi. Great video, thank you. Iv'e got a Kawasaki Z900. With the bag bending on each side I'm worried it might take the paint off the side of my bike. Do you think it would be ok to put something in the bottom like plywood to stiffen it up.
@@LeeThomas-1 yes, quite easy as long as you’re okay cutting it, if I was doing so I’d cover the plywood bottom with a bit of thin foam to make it a bit easier on the bottom of bag and seat 👍🏻
I think it would work fine, strapped on it will overhang but that’s fairly normal. Obviously it doesn’t matter if not full because you can roll it down… sounds a bargain 👍🏻
Hi :) Great video! Do you think the 50L is too big for the back of a little 49cc Monkey bike? I realize it depends how much I need to carry but interested in your opinion - do you think it would be awkwardly long?
Thanks Zayna, it should fit okay as will form to seat and shape itself over the sides, just need to consider the exhaust as think it’s quite high, although covered, on the Monkey Bike! They do a slightly smaller version but this size takes everything 👍🏻
As you removed the base board thingy I noticed that there appeared to be a minor wobble board effect and that this was achieved (apparently) without even trying. So I wonder whether it might be utilised as such, which particularly might be nice for our antipodean cousins, one of which of course utilised the wobble board to great effect but whose name we're not allowed to mention any more (initials RH). Forgive my ramblings, it's Sunday afternoon and I'm a bit bored. Rubber side down...
Indeed, he who can’t be mentioned 😬 would have put it to great musical use.....and now you’ve mentioned it and the fact we’re all bored with winter and covid I might take it out and use it while singing “two little boys had two little......” 😆 Good job it’s not Facebook or we’d be banned by now 😂
I'm actually getting one soon for a short trip in India on a Royal Enfield Himalayan. But I'm confused between the one you reviewing on this video and a Supafactory roll up 30L. Won't be carrying a lot of luggage but still not able to decide on whether to get 30 or 50 litres capacity.
Hi Nutty Brown, India sounds like an amazing trip, do you live in India or just visiting? Royal Enfield will be perfect for the job, built for it! I guess if a 30ltr bag is right for this trip that’s what I’d go for and afterwards it will always be useful for general use or as additional bag to something like a 50ltr to give flexibility on a different bike trip. The other thing to possibly do is lay the contents you’re taking into a pile, roughly shape of a roll bag and measure it then compare sizes to the Supafactory 30ltr sizes! Let me know how the trip goes, keep safe and enjoy yourself, regards Andrew
@@thecampingbiker791 thanks a lot for your advice. I'm visiting India this time for a short time, but I also have plan's to spend more time and do long trips in the future. I'll definitely let you know how it goes. 👍
Yes, you’re right I sort of ignored it as waste of time but to be honest I don’t even notice it’s there now and I also use it off bike as a holdall 😂 👍🏻
I use the 70 litre bag. Never bother with the under seat strap. Too much of a hassle to use . My bag has never moved once on the bike. Great bags for the price👍👍
the bag eeeee is ummmm waterproof eeeee and aaaaaaaaa very eeeeeeee strong uummmmmm. Might worth gathering your thoughts before actually making a video
That’s a while ago and I’m sure I’ve improved a bit however with memory lapses I have it’s just going to happen and I have to live with it the best way I can… 👍🏻
Thank you mate. You’ve saved me a great deal of time and probably helped protecting my stuff 😊
You won’t be disappointed Osama, thanks for the feedback 👍🏻
I have the same bag, your summary is spot on, great bag overall, a spacious no-noncence practical bag,
Great value and quality, cheers Mucky Dog 👍🏻
Perfect review. Just what I wanted to know to work out if it is for me.
Cheers Justin, I’ve now mounted a couple of hooks above so I can strap bike when up!
@@thecampingbiker791
You should add another video to show that
@@justinsmith7319 I will indeed...will be using over next few days 👍🏻
Great bag! Maybe I'll buy it also in the future! Thanks for review.
Thanks for watching
Thank you, this helped me to find out if it will work for my bike.
Pleased it was helpful Tenksen
I always use these bags but only ever use rok straps for very quick on and off.

@@thecampingbiker791 I have the 16mm and also 25mm as the 25mm are longer.
@@superbike1 cheers mate, I’ll take a look 👍🏻
Thank you. Very helpful and to the point.

What is the actual width of the bag across the bike?
How do you think the larger T70 bag would cope on the CB500x? I'm torn between the 2 different sized bags. The larger is half price though.

I've got the 30L version on my Monkey 125 and it's just right. You can get quite a bit of stuff in it as well. :)

Great video 👍 very informative thanks ...gonna go buy me one 😁
Thanks for that, nice quality bag 👍🏻
can I put it on my luggage rack without using the saddle strap?
Yes you can, I’ve never used the saddle strap just tie it down well with either the straps it comes with or your own 👍🏻
I've got the same bag and I use Rok Straps.
John Webb probably better than my bungee cords, it’s just I’ve got loads 😆

None of these aqua bag reviews show you the cumbersome method of having to attach the underseat strap 😂.
It's the only design flaw of this bag. (IMO)
