Hmm, I personally interpreted the line as him not being afraid of spiders, but Chloé threatening to lie and say that he was. But a lot of people interpreted it the way you did, so maybe I'm wrong XD

I wouldn’t say I hate spiders. They creep me out. But they also get rid of those weird looking orange ladybugs in the fall. So I’m on team spider.
Wooow, being both pro-spider and anti-ladybug on a channel dedicated to Miraculous Ladybug. Bold move XD But actually, I don't dislike spiders either, although they are a bit icky. 😬

I’ve written up an entire alternate script for this episode in which it’s mostly focused on Adrien and his relationship with his instructor, who isn’t necessarily proud of of his heritage, but respects the vision from his ancestor of a government free from corruption, which is why he still runs against Mayor Bourgeois every time the odds being stacked against him. At the end, after Chat Noir defeats him (with his own variation of the dark blade technique followed up by a cataclysm) the instructor recognizes the form and figures how Adrien’s secret identity, deciding to keep it a secret. He does however, tell Adrien that while he is not proud of his heritage, he is proud to pass the vision along with the color on to him through his teaching. Adrien cheekily pretends to have no idea what he’s talking about, they share a wry smile and the episode ends.

@@zuza3377Honestly I think my least favorite episode of season 1 is pixalator. I hate any form of creepy stalkers! Especially ones who think it’s okay to keep doing the same crap over and over again! And to list them off. Tootie from the fairly odd parents, Sierra from total drama world tour, that pink rabbit from chowder, Phoebe from Kid vs Kat and many more. Just hate stalker characters. So much!

They're ridiculously, utterly ridiculously difficult to say.
I know this isn’t a mlp video. But I’ve honestly realized how Chloe and Diamond Tiara are both spoiled brats. Both have awful mothers. Decent ish fathers. A friend with glasses. Etc. The only difference is while Diamond changed for the better. Chloe didn’t.
Oh hm, that's true. And even if Chloe didn't change, she still proceeded to practically disappear after her arc was finished just like Diamond Tiara XD

Hating Chloe is understandable. But I’ll forever be peeved with Thomas Asstruc for judging us for believing she could change for the better. And then introducing Zoe who looked way too much like Marinette! Like for goodness sake! If Zoe is Chloe’s half sister. She should have a similar face to Chloe as well as her eye color!
I've never liked Chloé, but the show writers did give her enough hints of humanity that I can understand the people who did like her and hope for her redemption. I'm not sure what Astruc said since I never paid attention to social media, but a lot of shows do have a nasty habit of making fun of their fans, which makes no sense. Especially in Miraculous' case, where the many shortcomings of the writers were graciously forgiven by the fans. Also, huh. I've never paid any attention to Zoe so I never noticed that, but she really doesn't look at all similar to Chloé. How strange!
@@officialmiraculoussins I have a very strong eye to seeing details. It’s a gift and a curse depending on the design of course. Marinette’s design is honestly so simple but her face at least to me looks very disturbing at times. And yeah. It is strange. Like every other show I’ve watched siblings or sisters look similar in a way. Celestia and Luna, Elsa and Anna, Ava and Eva. Etc.
@@FeligamiAdrizoeSworaBunnydoll To me, Zoe feels like she was meant to be a replacement for Chloe, since a lot of fans seemed to like her so much, and after what she did, she couldn't really come back and be a hero anymore. So Zoe was just thrown in there to be consolation prize, I suppose? Which could explain why she doesn't look like Chloe, either because they didn't want to remind us of Chloe, or she was an extremely last second addition. I never quite understood her inclusion, honestly. 🤷♀

I interpreted the line more as meaning he isn't actually afraid of spiders, but Chloé would lie to everyone and say that he is, but I could be wrong. In any case, I'll accept the sin, since I haven't actually seen the episode you're referring to yet, and that itself is probably a sin.
@@officialmiraculoussins it's in a later episode, season 5 I think? i haven't see the episode only clips and reviews. from what i understand they were restoratively trying to justify Marinette staking by saying she was traumatized by Kim at the pool because of Chloe a year back at or so, which doesn't make any sense since they tried to recon a bunch of things and also say she was terrified of the pool as well🙄. So I wouldn't be surprised if he was actually supposed to be afraid of spiders originally.
