May I suggest: Cut the 5" squares in half (2-1/2" X 5") and sew the light & dark strips together. Then cut them in half again across the seam after pressing. Now mix them up & sew them together in 4 patches. Faster and easier. Thanks for sharing
This guy s such a sweet baby quilt. This would also be a great way to use leftover jelly roll strips for a scrappy looking quilt. Thank you for sharing this.💗
To speed up the 4 Patches, i would sew to charm squares together on opposing sides, cit down the middle. Then, match up with other colors, nesting the middle seams, sew on opposing sides again and cut down the middle again 😊
Love this lil quilt. My I was looking for a charm pack pattern, came across this one. It's perfect. Thank you. And I subscribe to your face videos. Thanks

Thank you Faith! I'm typically not drawn to greens but I love how this one turned out. My family is doing well and the baby is learning to take her first steps! Have a great Labor Day weekend.

Great suggestion!
I was going to suggest something similar….squares right side together, sew down the left side and right side and then cut in the middle etc
@@saramcintosh2183 Oh I like this idea too
That's how I would make 4 patches. Easier method same outcome

why not mark down the center of the square and sew both sides then the other way and make sure fabrics are switched when assembling?
Great suggestion and that would work too!
