All of them would have died if it wasn't for Bellick, his sacrifice was so unexpected. It seems that he was a lonely man with no friends, angry with the world for that. But when he felt part of the group, he was willing to give his life for them. You realize the characters are very well created and developed when you think about it.
2033 - Wathcing this show even now. The character development is beautiful. Start by hating Brad thinking he’s just a power abusive CO/Capt. then find out it’s just his surroundings. Everytime I watch the show all I see is a man who lit up with joy when his mom showed up. Showing that his CO was just a facade that he used but was actually a kind at heart and proved it with his sacrifice. I shed tears everytime I watch it know Brad Bellick was truly and always an honorable and caring man. ✊🏼 😢
Never was their best friend and he lowk deserved what he got. Dude only ever changed bc he lost his job then got outplayed by the brothers when he tried to hunt them down for the money
@@wonderland6419good point. They also note that he had worked there since he was 18, showing that he was a angered product of the prison system just as much as a prisoner.
Always thought the point was that he actually wasn't an especially good man. Most all of the main cast walks a line between good man and bad. I think what made this stand out was his behavior in season 1 vs here. In season 1, he was crooked and taking advantage of inmates. He thought himself a much better man than they were and so put himself above them. By the time of his death, Bellick sees he could have easily ended up in prison several times in his life. He knows he's not better than them. In the end he even saw some of them as better than he was. He had a great story, and if he had to die I'm glad it was like this, helping a man he was ready to bury a few years before
"There's so many good stories where some brave hero has to give their life to save the day, and because of their sacrifice, the good guys win, the survivors cheer, and everyone lives happily ever after. But the hero never gets to see the ending. They'll never know if their sacrifice actually made a difference. They'll never know if the day was really saved. In the end, they just have to have faith. Ain’t that a bitch.”
Henry Pope was right about Bellick. Only he that able to see the good things and potential as good person in Bellick, that's why Henry wanted him to be his successor running Fox River.
Joffery was annoying to watch. He reminds me of a 4 year old that doesn't listen at all and acts out when he doesn't get his way. That was by far the most satisfying death in the series.
@@allanswain2425 Well that's sad because he does deserve it after all he did Locking that boy whit shat giant guy because he refused to be his snitch .He put the poor boy in a difficult position Or that he led Michel to abruzzi and scofield ended up getting his toes cut
@aishahamma334 lmao what about all the good he did after, like literally saving the other 3 guys life here? I guess your past really does define you eh

absolutely I'm agree with you are u psychologist or something like that??
He had a few co buddies and was on track to becoming a warden
@@wonderland6419nahh just common sense hahahah
@@ajtorres2171that was prison behavior tho. That wasn’t the same relationship he built with the other guys. Cuz of all the experiences
Très belle analyse du personnage de Brad.
"In their last moments, people show you who they truly are" -The Joker
Still one of the best villian quotes around to this day 💯
Yes somethings never change@@scrappi2215
One of the best character developments I’ve ever seen. Goes from being a prick, to pathetic, then lovable idiot, and finally hero.
He survived it 😅 im the film there's nothing to expect from this serie
The way Brad looked at michael after he told him "just get the hell out of there okay"
Brad never felt that respected in his whole life. 😢
I wish someone called his mom and told her he died in an honorable way, he always mentioned her ;(
Sucre did when they saw his body

2023 not 33. Sorry
one of the saddes deaths ever in TV for me personally. 😢😢
Man, I haven't watched Prison Break in maybe 10 years? Probably longer. I'll never forget this moment. Such insane character development.
I cried. His life was so sad.
Had a mom who loved him tho. That was real sweet.
Belick death was so tragic. Started out as the brothers enemies and became their best friend
😢

@@CommanderRich he could've saved his ass if he wanted to but if it wasnt for him they wouldnt have done it
Honorable ending, he deserved it. He really was a good man, he just had to act the way he did because of his surroundings which was the prison.
Not for misconduct in prison he did for humanity for freedom, at last he became real man before he died

You wont know the type of person you are until you’re facing death in the face

Brad Bellick
A man I hated to love
We hated him, then loved him, then mourned him.
I never thought I’d feel sorry for Bellick but this did it.
Belleck was one of the most dislicable person in first season and second season then he was good 3rd and my fav on 4
Bellick is acting like real one kind of hero ❤️🩹🙌🏾
i literally cried 😢
At least his mother will know he didn't die rotting in Fox River
Probably the best character arc of the series alongside Mahone
to think I wished his dead all the time in the beginning bc he pisses me off too much but ended up crying my eyes out in this 😢
same thing happened to me
Hepsinde öyle
Bellick.. literally sad seeing his death. He just reminds me of Crowley in the supernatural.
What a great character. One of the best unexpected scene. Bellick sacrifice gives me chills because I used to hate him.

Its been over a decade I think and I still cry every time I watch this episode
Now i understand those memes on the internet..
This episode is the best of season 4 RIP bellick went like a hero
From nearlly the worst to one of the greatest if Not the greatest character because of one scene.
Theres always something good in evil
Not agree with you, if he is good then he is not evil. There only two good and evil, remember that always.
best and saddest sacrifice in prison break 💔💔

Prison Break on 2024 (Netflix) Still an awesome show and again Bellick's character development... Just Superb!
Greatness Achieved
Coward became hero
They put him in a tunnel while prison escape, and now he died inside a tunnel.. poor bellick
Just watched the episode, now im crying😭
"You have a son"😢
season 1 burger bellick
season 2 diet bellick
season 3 starving bellick
season 4 dead bellick
So sad.
The cameraman died too
I 'm sorry for your loss michel
Brad is the best character....just like the young boy king in game of thrones....assholes that make you love them
Are you referring to Joffrey? Noone loved joffrey
@@Marlesden that’s the point you nonce
Joffrey is one of the worst characters on the show, the actor just does a tremendous job playing a little shit. He’s not a very well written character

They all could have just went through without the pipe tho
nope because it would have flooded the entire place and killed them in seconds
He had started to grow on me. The only person should have been gone is one hand guy lol
Ýou hate, you love,YOÙDÌEÉE
In this case what would be the cause of his death? Drowning?
Yes he said waters coming
The pressure too.
The water pressure killed him instantly
Am i the only one who doesn't care that he's dead?
Yeah
