Lime Rock Hysterics 37 Spec Pinata Race 1

The 37th annual Historic Festival at Lime Rock threw everyone a curve ball when they invited Miatas to come "gentlemen" racing. Not only did we have to go to the mandatory drivers meeting, but we were invited to stay for an additional Miata driver only meeting. Gee what else could they tell us that the other drivers didn't need to know? LOL! We even got copies of the meeting notes, lest we have short memories. It was like we were on double secret probation. So, what do Miata drivers do...stack up on the start, blow yellow flags, and try a bone head pass attempt that takes out two cars...all in the first corner of the first lap! Thankfully, the crash happened behind me, but it did unfortunately end the weekend for a couple of cars. All in all, I think we did well. Enjoy!
