Brent...what an incredible demonstration. Obviously, the guitar comes second after you. I have the APXT2 in tobacco sunburst. I'm a wannabe, but am relentless in my practicing, etc.. You're an inspiration! I have four guitars and my APXT2 is my absolute favorite. It's in my lap anytime I'm sitting down. Thanks!
For it's size it sounds reasonable. I was positively surprised when I first played it but you are right that it sounds really good amplified, even through the small portable Yamaha THR5A

The SKB Cases models 1SKB-300 Hard case or 1SKB-SC300 Soft Case will work for APXT2. I bought my APXT2 plus the SKB Soft Case in November of 2016 and the guitar has lived happily in that case since. I went for the soft case as the guitar is meant to be a travel guitar and the soft case has shoulder straps on it , giving you options as to carrying it.
What an awesome review Brent, Thanks ... Recently decided to start playing again after a few decades away which I guess means I am a "re-beginner" ... Since I have smaller size hands and fingers this may just fit the bill ... thanks again!
