Great review Dr Zach, always given us great quality content!! 💪🏿🧠💯 Cannot wait for the review of the Li-Ning Bad Five 3.0 Ultra those are bad boys !!! 🏆🏆🏆
They're simply the best. As a size 16, they come up to my size, and makes every show wearable. My Air Jordan 1s, and 3s became staples again once I got the All Days.
I got these 6 months ago and they make almost any shoe better for me. After a surgically repaired ankle these keep me on my toes just enough. Definitely a thick stack with these so high instep folks may have issues with tighter shoes but overall they're fantastic.
Same for me! I haven’t balled in them yet so was a little concerned with stability for some of my softer cushion shoes. I think I’m going to cop the Gamedays as well. Great product.

@@FootDoctorZach Hello doctor if I wear zamts A2 DX anklets and I play basket which of the three models do you recommend, I don't want to make the shoe too heavy
OMG.. I’m fat and 50. I’ve been having foot problems for a few years. Standing all day at my job was becoming almost undoable, even in comfortable shoes like boosts. Any retros were completely out of question. I finally heard about these and now I’m wearing dunks and AJ1s all day. Crazy.. I didn’t even think that’d be possible again. My knees and back had even been feeling better. I bought both my elderly parents some and they love them too. I’m about to buy a bunch and store then incase the brand sells out to a bigger company and changes the formula or something. Life changers.
I got a set to try them out, and after 3 wearings ordered another. I've had many different kinds of orthotics over the years. This is more of a "$80-100 orthotic that's been mass produced and sold for $40" than the "overpriced marked up $15 " kind. The sizing is also perfect and thoughtful. I'm really pleased with this product and have been recommending it to friends. I don't have to sacrifice now to wear my favorite retro sneakers.
I know you got a laundry list of shoes & products to cover, but I think it would be awesome if you continue to look at older/retro models. The penny line would be super interesting for you to cover
I'm looking at the bundles that Move has currently. They have: -All Days (x2), Game Day (x1), and Lasso socks (x1) = $100 -All Days (x2), Game Day Pro (x1), and Lasso socks (x1) = $120 Any suggestions for the following uses: -Dexter bowling shoe insole replacement -Nike Air Huaraches -Kobe Protros (4, 5, and 6)
It's interesting you brought up that they can be used for performance. I ended up using them for a pair of outdoor court shoes, and it immediately helped. That, and I have a high arch, so I didn't know or think that having a more flexible arch would feel better for my foot in particular. As always, thanks for the review.
Hey Zach, I have a question that I was reminded of when I saw the orthotic sitting in the cut open Jordan 13’s. I use custom SuperFeet insoles while playing tennis and basketball which have a hard heel cup/shell. I was wondering if this could reduce the durability of a zoom unit or strobel since the impact when heel striking may be harsher than with a standard ortholite/pu insole?
What's your opinion on the current trend of barefoot shoes with extra wide toe boxes, flat (or no) insoles, and zero drop? I'm curious to know from a medical specialists opinion. Love the content!
I know you're asking him but just try a pair, doesn't have to be pricey, and you will feel an amazingly comfortable difference. After going mostly "barefoot" I can't play in traditional basketball shoes anymore, they are just too stiff and crush my toes, I found some crossfit shoes to be the best in between.
I’d check some of my Qand A livestreams out where I go into detail on it but long story short they’re good for some people but not the cure all some say they are
I twisted my ankle playing on this.. on a low top basketball shoes... But let me tell you something.. this are one of the best off court insoles out there. Is Bess for shoes very very low to the ground.
Hey Zach You are the best! I got a question. Could you make a video on the KD 3 Protro Release. It seems like you skipped this release and i didn’t get them because you didn’t post a review on these. In Zach we trust 👐❤️
@FootDoctorZach have you done a review on the super feet custom made insoles? If not could you do one? Dealing with some plantar fasciitis for the last shake it. Thanks man!
I have a flat wide foot. Even with these insoles (any many others) with low arches, I still feel shin splints and plantar pain during running, long walking, basketball, etc. Oddly enough, mid/high arches seem to work better for me during snowboarding. I'm thoroughly confused.
These help esp if you have an arch. But they are kinda thick and hurt my feet around big toe and pinky in my reimagined 3s and those fit a half size big. Even in my Jordan 1 lows. They are comfortable but compress the toe sides like Jordan 4s do.
Great video. Off topic, but I was wondering if you could tell me, if I own work boots with taller heels and find my foot sloping forwards too aggressively, can I use insole filler products to level out the foot bed? Or is this unwise. Fairly certain the aggressive pitch, combined with hiking produced my first corn. Don't want to repeat that experience. Thanks!
Hey Zach! I am wondering which pair of move insoles will be best for myself as a competitive bowler. I experience leg and knee pain when bowling for a long period of time. Thanks!
Well the pros are the most performance driven but I’d personally but the all days in them to make the midsole more comfortable given how the Ons are set up in that dept
I got myself a move game day insole, not sure if it's just me but I'm experiencing my foot sliding on the footbed whenever I use it. I don't experience this whenever I use the stock insoles that came with my shoes tho (Anta Kai 1 and Lebron NXXT Gen). Can anyone give me an idea how to fix that?
Can you review the Adidas Courtjam Control tennis shoe? I see that there listed as a club to intermediate player shoe but I found that they play almost exactly like the vapor x and vapor pros, but they’re more comfortable and have probably an extra month or more of outsole durability
Hello, so I was wondering if you could offer me any tennis shoes recommendation. I have a wide foot on both feet but my arch on my left is more neutral flat, while my right foot has a completely low arch. I have tried the gel resolution 9, wave enforce tour, ubersonics 4.1 and the Nike Vapor 9.5. I have had arch pain in either my left or right foot after 10-15 minutes with all of these except for the ubersonics which later about 20 minutes before hurting. I also think that I have plantar fasciitis, but am getting it checked out in a couple weeks to make sure. If this also helps, I currently weight around 210, am 5 9, and use the move game days in my tennis shoes. I appreciate your time for reading through this.
Hello doctor if I wear zamts A2 DX anklets and I play basket which of the three models do you recommend, I don't want to make the shoe too heavy (help pls its a lot important )
Yo Doc! So I have a very high arch with a high instep. I am a 6’4 190 lbs wing/SF and am going into my freshman year of college and playing basketball. I used to get deep blisters on the balls of my feet after just an hour of hooping which made it very hard to play on. Last year decided to get some custom orthotics and that has helped a ton. Don’t really have blister problems anymore. Weird thing is, whenever I use Nike zoom air like in my LeBron 20’s and past zoom air shoes, it seems to speed up the process of hotspots and blister formation. Even with orthotics the balls of my feet get really sensitive when using zoom air. Love zoom technology and how bouncy it feels but just doesn’t work with my feet and anatomy I guess. So, lining and other top performers that exclude zoom air have been my go to. Any explanation for this? More pressure due to air? Should I just stay away from zoom air altogether? Just curious… Thanks!
Hey doc quick q, would having these (all days or gamedays/pro) help maintain my arch and reduce irritation on my tailor's bunion? I noticed that when i walk my arch would collapse and make my tailor's bunion rub on the side of my shoe more, irritating it the longer the day goes.
