From an exceedingly dry spell to a very wet period, it's been a challenging time for farmers across the UK recently, and this includes down at our spring barley variety trials site at Beal Farm in Northumberland.
In our latest update, Agrochemical & Technical Director David Cairns and Technical Officer Rosie Hamilton discuss the impact of the rainfall on the crops, while also spending some time looking at up-and-coming spring barley variety SY Tennyson.
