Excellent work from Scroft again! This was the exact feature I was looking for again. I am playing this map at 2x time scale and each day represents one week. I made many contract works to earn money by the mean of AD and CP combination. This brought me handsfree earning with the idle machinery park, which is the enginering :) I was just harvesting the F25 which I purchased the money came from contracts and silage selling. I am harvesting by courseplay, unloading manually and transfering to the silo2 by autodrive. I managed to add a target point to F25 to your course. Now, it will be easier to do this. CP announced that they developped the bale collecting work at new update (27) and my Hesston is still working at F25. Everything goes well Scroft. It is really pleasure to watch your artistic tutorials :) Thanks!

I never really used AD in FS19, I did everything with courseplay/manual unloading. Really liking the cooperation between the 2 mods. Thanks for the tutorial, big help. Personally I always set “avoid fruit” to disabled. It means the unloading vehicle can take the easiest route. You can always use narrow tyres if you have crop destruction on. If you use “real speed limit” mod you will struggle to get caught up with the harvester so you may need to slow down the harvester in courseplay vehicle settings.

Great video tutorial - thanks for making it. One thing I've noticed on the Harvestor Pre-call setting that is default of 60% is that the pipe swings out at this setting. If you have a headland with trees etc, the Harvestor can be stopped by the pipe versus tree collision. On the second headland, this doesn't occur obviously. So perhaps setting the precall on the first headland to 100%, then setting it back to 60% may be better. Trouble is that is micromanagement that may not sit well with players.

I used both metods with and without AD and Cp. guess what? I finished the field 40% faster using 2 in game workers for harvest , i put them to start from oposite sides And i used i big trailer with in game Ai to drive back and forth. By the time i finished to setup points and get everything rdy on Full automated try , the other non automated try was like 75% already harvested the field. I guess this says enough. I will use this CP-AD only i have nothing else to do or if I will try hard to waste more time on a map playtrough. I won't recommend anyone to use this unless they play on a huge map like for months. Myself i take a new save , progress ... do my goals on the map like getting rich or owning whatever productions i fancy then i move to next map. I mention i play hard mode always and no mods no overpowered tools or machines. If i would play on normal mode i would have many more reasons not to use AD or CP just because u make money much much faster and all setup of routes and points for each field DOES NOT PAY OFF as efficiency. I do appologise for my english... it is not my main but i hope i have been clear. Again tumbs up for your videos sir, sometimes i put them in a loop and keep watching you doing stuff. By far u have the best AD CP tutorials, i watch all of them available on youtube.

That is not the issue here. Maybe for you the satisfaction of the game is to harvest and transport etc. manually. But can you imagine that there are lots of users out there who get a great deal of fun to figure out and run the simulation as automated as possible? Even if it takes up twice as much time in the end to do this, it is worth it. And think about the next harvest... It will be so easy!
Also, is there any chance you could upload your auto drive course for Calmsden. Would save a lot of time for many of us :) -I have been on discord and downloaded it, thanks so much! Such a well laid out video and easy to follow
Unfortunately i can't disagree more. Alot of irrelevant information, while assuming i know any of the things he's talking about. He literally skipped the part that i came to learn - auto drive was already set up.
question, what settings are you using for the CP and Autodrive drivers not taking any wages? i have noticed that as they are working, your money is never decreasing. also, in autodrive, you can set a setting to display the markers and waypoints above the tractor, that way when you start/stop a track you dont need to reverse to select the points to connect them to a track.
Great video as always. Will you be doing a video on multiple tools on the same field. I have tried it, but having issues where one worker waits for the second one to catch up. Not seen that before. It causes issues for me.
@@NeoTheSeventh you can record in bidirectional mode by right-clicking the record button instead of left click. After it is recorded, you can also change it by clicking the first node and then the second node, it will update a line for that direction. If there already was a line between these points, in the other direction, it turns blue for bidirectional. If there was a line with the same direction, it was removed. If there was a bidirectional line and you do this, only the other direction remains.

I can’t get the auger to work first it won’t line up with the harvester pipe right it takes 4 or 5 circles to get there and then when it finally does it sometimes just turns in front of the harvester when the harvester starts to move again. Then it won’t line up with the shuttle truck because it’s detected a collision.

There should be a option where the driver will turn the engine off while it is waiting so the vehicle does not waste fuel.

Darkblue = bidirectional (green has the directional arrow), lightblue = reverse (which also is directional and thus has an arrow)

I don’t have as many vehicle settings as are in your vide, such as vehicle speeds.
How do I get my courseplay icon on my auto drive menu it’s not there
My issue is the random start point. The old on used to have the start point where the harvester is. Is there no way that can be done now?
Set your Field Position marker where you want to start your course. It is of course not precise to the millimetre but it works!
