Thanks for watching the video. Just a little note about the wheel balancing. The one I filmed (the 4th wheel) seemed to be quite far out which was a shame as the other 3 needed minimal weights, and in fact they had minimal weights before the refurbishment. We can only assume that the new budget tyres I have had fitted for the time being may have contributed to the one wheel being out more than the others. I will be replacing them with some Michelin PS4S at some point.
Same as the E90/91 3-series, but main differences from a distance is that the pre-LCI has the top chrome strips attached to the bonnet whereas the LCI has it part of the grill. Also on the rear the LCI lights have more of an L shape and LED indicators whereas the pre-LCI have more oval shape lights. Finally the pre-LCI have more teardrop shape mirrors where as the LCI models have rounder ones. The LCI was only available with BiTurbo where as most pre-LCI are Mono-Turbo but there were a few BiTurbo ones.

How do can you tell the difference between a pre lci and lci alpina d3
