The theme of Nishihara High School Marching Band this year is tango, especially the pieces of Astor Piazzolla.

2013年世界大会動画で知りました。
以来、アップして下さったのを集めて、繰り返し拝見しております。
私個人的に、この年と前年が佳いかと、、。
会場毎に工夫されていて、みいっております。
カラーとの絡みが手品のようで、、。

高校生のマーチングは圧倒されてかなり凄かったなぁー

9:20 前進と後進のタイミングが一人一人違ってるんですが…コンテどうなってるのか分かりますか？
Chartの中でcountsがそれぞれで違います。
一つの例として書いておきますね。
ドリル１つのコンテが16cts.の場合、A〜Hの人がいたとすると
指示は以下になります。
A 16cts.
B 2cts.+14cts
C 4cts.+12cts.
D 6cts.+10cts.
E 8cts.+8cts.
F 10cts.+6cts.
G 12cts.+4cts.
H 14cts.+2cts.
各々が一つ前の人の2拍後に切り替えして次の位置に行く、と簡単に説明する場合もあります。

一枚で描く人もいれば、複数枚で中間の位置(過程)を丁寧に描く人も居ます。
口頭指示で事足りる場合は描かないことが多いです。

すみません、そちらではドリルコンテはナンバーと言う団体さんですかね？
私が居た団体は1枚のコンテをチャート〇〇と読んでいました。
表記すると #1 このように出します。沖縄のマーチングは大方が西原高校OBが指導にあたっている事が多かったので(今はそうでもないです)、このように練習時指示している場合があります。
拍ずれの動きの場合に
#1〜#2なら
#1 16cts.
#1’ 8cts.8cts.
#2 8cts.
と書き方は様々なようです。
道理であればマー連事務局が出しているマーチング検定の用語等がPDFであるかと思いますのでそちらを参考にしてください。

What music is the show based off of?
I want to say it's mostly off of Astor Piazzolla's music because they open with "Libertango" and then that leads into the first movement of "Aconcagua." I'm searching around for the source of the other music, but if that search is unsuccessful, I would guess that all others would be original music. Will update as I find more!
I believe the drum break is “Tres Minutos con la Realidad,” another Piazzolla piece
