- Let's alter this thrifted Precious Moments figurine into Willy Wonka! Inspired by the new Wonka movie, I used paint and clay to create my version of the Gene Wilder character from the original "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" movie Now it’s even more precious to me because it makes me smile every time I see it. What do you think? Do you love it even more now?

I picked up a bag of the sculpey clay, I have a figure I want to add to the figure. What’s the process for this? Someone mentioned baking? Do you bake it on the precious moment? What temp? Thank you 😊

Thanks so much for watching! Sculpey makes a few different types of clay, some are air-dry (what I use) and some are oven-bake. Read the directions on the package you got to see exactly how to cure your clay. :)

I do not use any primer. The paint I use sticks great to the porcelain
