I left the Jw 18 months ago after spending 23 years in it. They knocked on my door when I was only 19 and I was searching for God at that time but I didn’t know anything about the Bible so didn’t know what to compare their teachings to. They roped me in when I was lost and vulnerable. Thanks Jesus who woke me up and pulled me out of the Watchtower cult. I’m free now. Thanks for educating others and exposing it for what it really is “a false prophet”

In John 6:57 his says that the reason he is alive is because of his Father, "I live because of the Father". Couple this with that fact that he is "begotten" of his God (John 3:16) means plainly that at one point he was non existent until God Begot him just like at one point we all were non existent till our parents begot us, also (Col 1:15). 3) God's name Jehovah identifies the person who is the "ONLY true God" (John 17:3). If you simply put God's personal name Jehovah back in the scriptures where God himself had it inscribed by his prophets, then all confusion about who God is would dissipate. If you wrote a book and hired publishers to print and translate your book, but they kept repeatedly altering it by removing the name of its main character, would you not find other publishers? You would use even the lowest and unimpressive if they would keep true to your book. Well Jehovah God has done somthing similar. John 1:1 therefore translates the verse not only to common sense but also with insight of God's personal name Jehovah YHWH. 4) the Trinity concept originated from pagans and the occult. I live in a place where Mormonism is the predominate religion and they too add a lot of false doctrine to scriptures and say the Bible is corrupt. Even though many aspects of their faith regarding heaven, marriage, Jesus, judgement, baptism and so on clearly contradict scripture, they believe it because their message is preached with passion. Let’s pray for those believing false doctrines. Because they have zeal without knowledge
shan braz - I also live in an area where Mormons are dominant.. their church is just a block away. I had Mormon friends next door and as I was fading from watchtower they tried “sooo hard” to convert my family.. They use to tell me that I was a Mormon & I just didn’t know it yet. I listened to them for a long time but just couldn’t buy into their beliefs. When I told them I was attending a nondenominational church, they dropped me like a hot potato. My journey out of watchtower was a long hard one.. took me 15 years before I walked through my church doors. Been there for 12 years now. Finding REAL truth is amazing!! I lost 4 generations of my family.. I’m the first to leave.. the shunning can be brutal. I pray for all people in false religions 🙏 Really looking forward to more of your videos 👏👍

So he can't be in the category of made because without him nothing that is made is made. So this verse explains that Jesus isn't created, he's eternal Not only that but let me explain how the Trinity is the only way to explain God. God is eternal, he doesn't change right? He's the same yesterday, today and tomorrow right? Ok. Which came first? God's love or his creations? If God never changes then his love existed before his creation, so who did God love? Which came first, his communication or creation? If God never changes than he communicated before he created, so who did he communicate with? See, in Islam, judiasm, Jehova witnesses etc. They can't explain this, because they would have to admit that God changed, and God is not eternal in all his attributes. But in the Trinity we have explanation of this. God communicated prior to his creation inside of the Trinity. God loved prior to his creation inside the Trinity. Therefore these attributes are eternal and did not come into existence because of his creation. God IS love. We didn't cause him to love because he has always loved. True Christian - great explanation.. problem is, JW’s shut you down before you can reason with them. My own family won’t listen to any outside information at all. Never have. I’ve been shunned for 12 years and so I send letters but they are returned unopened. I use to leave voicemail messages just telling them I was thinking of them ( nothing religious) & they all changed their #’s. My only hope for them is if they hear information from the GB that raises a red flag & then they finally start listening to us Ex’s or start their own research. The mind control that they are under is very strong & they think they are doing the right thing. It’s a tough situation for us ExJW’s .
True Christian Valid points, but I have to disagree with the crux of your argument.. Yes, God does not change. Malachi 3:6 says so. God is the epitome/embodiment of love; we can agree on that. But that love didn't necessarily have to be expressed within a trinity for Him to be considered eternal. God is infinite, boundless, and has a vast array of qualities we haven't seen, nor will EVER see because we only know the fringes of his ways. The mere fact that he decided to create was an act of love in itself. Think about the qualities God has shown that stem from love: mercy, compassion, forgiveness, grace. These are all traits that we never would have seen had man not fallen from perfection. We never would have known of their existence otherwise. Think about God's heavenly audience, the myriads of angels that surround him. They know God much more intimately than we ever will. However, even THEY were not privy to the quality of mercy, for instance, until it was actually needed here on earth. So could you make the same claim then, that God "changed" because he displayed a quality that was never shown beforehand? You could say that many of the attributes we see of God lie dormant until the appropriate time. It's not that he never had them, they just weren't necessary to show at a given time. What we know for a fact is that God is eternally benevolent; in that respect, he has not changed. But God is also all-encompassing, so he has the POTENTIAL to show many different facets of his personality, even if WE don't see them.

I grew up Roman Catholic and got saved when I got to college in the US. I visited my family last year and found out that my cousin was dating a JW very seriously. As you probably know, she has to convert to his religion. I tried not to argue with her but to pray for her because ultimately, it’s her choice. Besides, she believed in a works-based salvation and now in the JW doctrine, and either way, she’s lost. I have to confess that i didn’t keep praying for her for very long so i need to resume my battle. Thank you for this video.
J H I agree that should get educated about what we’re saying, but without the power of the Spirit, it’s just another argument. It is God who opens people’s eyes to the truth. So, the battle against false doctrine should start on our knees. Education is a gift from God but it shouldn’t replace prayer. It’s not better.

Ene prayer is very effective. But remember that your faith in prayer is accompanied by works. Not have a works based salvation, but remember that the Bible says “beautiful are the feet of those who spread the gospel.” You can share the gospel without being argumentative. Ask her questions, share scriptures without being confrontational, show love, be patient and most importantly be led by the Holy Spirit

When they come to visit in Chicago I can finally speak with them with an open heart. My heart aches for JW. Is so hard for them to leave, my prayer is that the WT changes the shunning policy. We have noticed that many of them are becoming atheist or into the relativism movement. Their religion is extremely dense and there’s no agreement in their theology other than Jehovah is God. Just randomly found these videos and I’m sitting here enjoying the dialogue and the LOVE that’s being shown more than soooooo many other evangelism videos online. You can just see here that over intelligence, over logic, over eloquence (despite Perry having all these) that the LOVE is what speaks to this agnostic. Her guards begin to go down when Perry compliments her and acknowledges her dignity and humanity and right to be treated well. That comes from having a true relationship with God- knowing his heart and his kindness. Knowledge is power 100 percent- I am so encouraged to see a believer who is showing FRUIT because he is not only well- studied but because he is loving people.

Some JW’s came to my door yesterday and my husband dealt with them gently. He told them that we’re all brothers and sisters in Christ (those that believe in Jesus as Lord), and they didn’t say anything. When other groups come when he’s not here, I usually send them running off when I share “by grace we’ve been saved and not by works.” They always try to battle with me. I’m a biblical Studies Major. My books tell me that they are in a cult...
I am not a JW but the King James Version tells us in Psalms 83:18 who God is and it was there before JW's in no scriptures of the Bible does Jesus call himself God and Jesus himself says: DOCTRINE is not his in John 7:16&17 and finally, God is not the Author of Confusion ,

I started to watch this video a couple of weeks ago and didn’t. This week I had two to knock on my door! I was disappointed in myself all I could do was just share the content I have with Jesus and His comfort and kindness
I had a very similar story. I had several encounters with Jehovah's Witnesses and even studied very briefly with them. And I have to tell you that one of the reasons I even entered into a study with them was I was at a time of crisis in my life , and although I was raised as a Baptist, when the Witnesses came around,they were able to make their assertions appear to be true and accurate, and appear to back them up with scripture . But a lot of what they claimed went directly against what I had been taught, and II couldn't fully accept their explanations because I just knew something was not right. But a bigger problem for me is when I went to my pastor and other members of the church they were not able to defend from scripture our beliefs. A lot of Christians truly do not know their bibles. So, in great conflict and anxiety, I prayed and asked God to reveal which was true. And whatever he revealed to me as being the truth that's the way I was going. It didn't matter if the Jehovah's Witnesses were right , or if the Baptist were right. I just wanted the truth. One Tuesday night, after having deep prayer with my future wife, we looked around to see if any church was open and we couldn't find one but we did find a Kingdom Hall open. So we went in and set among the members and found out they were having a Bible study. Their discussion leader began to ask questions and my wife and I begin to raise our hands and answer questions. Questions that the members were not answering. The leader of the Bible study appeared very pleased, and I think he assumed we were Jehovah's Witnesses from maybe another Kingdom Hall. After the Bible study was over he hurried over to introduce himself and we introduce ourselves, but I have to tell you when he found out that we were not Jehovah's Witnesses, but Baptists, his whole countenance changed. And I can tell you, both my wife and I saw something on his face and we definitely felt a change in the spirit. We left, but as we drove away we discussed what had happened and what we felt. And to this day we are certain it was the Holy Spirit, that this telling us, this was not the right place to be. So I begin my study of the Jehovah's Witnesses and their doctrine. And I found out very quickly what a false organization this was. All the way from Charles Taze Russell their founder ,the false prophecies throughout their history ( not to mention the twists and turns and all the verbal gymnastics they resort to when the prophecies don't come to pass, even to the point blaming their own members as having been overly zealous in interpreting what they said , to having received " new light " on what they had previously prophesied ) their deceit in the translation of their New World Translation Bible, --'with no one on this translation committee even knowing Greek, and so much more. But, they are zealous ( which honestly and sadly, is lacking in many of the Christian churches) and many are sincere in spreading this false gospel. The Watchtower organization has trained them and taken many scriptures out of context and even changed them to match their doctrine. It is heresy for for certain. The Watchtower has mastered the art of " the skin of the truth, stuffed with a lie". That's is what makes them so dangerous to the true Gospel of Christ Jesus.

But you can definitely come back once you have come back to God and of course your family will talk to you once you've done that. God doesn't love you unconditionally. Audra Hart he did but you cannot use that as an excuse to murder and say god loves you unconditionally. The fact of the matter is you need to have true repentance for your sins. If you do not good sees through your lies and he does not love you anymore. There will be justice served to those people it's called Armageddon and it is God's war. He will kill those that did not expect him and lie. But he does love you if you obey him. Jehovah is a just and loving God but you can't think that he loves unconditionally because he does not. Karla Coppock we don't shun. But would you want to talk to and befriend an adulterer that keeps coming to the congregation? Or someone you know who can cause you to stumble yourself? No. The person has to reflect on what they have done and they can come back you don't get "shunned" for life if you are dedicated to repenting for your sin. We always acknowledge that Jehovah gave second chances to plenty of people in the Bible. You think of it as bad, but it's actually helping you or anyone else realize that what they've done is wrong and to come back not just to there family but to Jehovah. Sorry it sounds harsh but it's critical for a person that needs to learn there lesson so to speak. It's not to be viewed as a bad thing because everyone makes mistakes. It's just the fact that you can't just commit grave sin and come back with a smile on your face. Which is what alot of christans tend to do. I've heard alot joke that they "turn up" on Saturday and try to act holy on Sunday. That's called leading a double life. Now no where in the Bible does it say you can do that and get away with it.🤷♀️

Can you please do a video on Black Hebrew Israelites? I know someone that has been "converted" to that and thinks I'm going to hell because I'm white. I'd really like to know how to lovingly yet boldly discuss. I quote scripture, but from what I can tell, they already don't believe in the New Testament. I could really use some direction and knowledge as to how to reach this person and other "Hebrew Israelites" I may meet.

I have family members are "witnesses" and said you can't just walk in and join but they have to study with you first. In other words, they have to indoctrinate you. You can't questions them about anything after joining or they will want to disfellowship you. That alone should let someone know they are false. Keep doing what you're doing.
Biblically in the second epistle of John it narrates, If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him Godspeed. For he that biddeth him Godspeed is partaker of his evil deeds.

Some of those brochures you showed are discontinued for...take a guess, "outdated information". For you all that don't know, JWs use the term "new Light" that gets brighter (the scripture they base new light on is Proverbs 4:18), and that scripture has nothing to do with how they interpret it. It's basically a way to try and cover up false teachings when they decided to revise them with more false interpretations. If you go through JW literature over the years, and see how many publications are actually in use today, you'll see the proof. The internet is Watchtower's worst enemy because it allows easy accessible research outside of the info they provide to the followers, which they discourage members from accessing. If you were to tell them that they have lied in court multiple times on video, and that the elders had a secret book...they will deny it even though it's only a few keyboard presses away.

I live in a place where Mormonism is the predominate religion and they too add a lot of false doctrine to scriptures and say the Bible is corrupt. Even though many aspects of their faith regarding heaven, marriage, Jesus, judgement, baptism and so on clearly contradict scripture, they believe it because their message is preached with passion. Let’s pray for those believing false doctrines. Because they have zeal without knowledge

I had Mormon friends next door and as I was fading from watchtower they tried “sooo hard” to convert my family.. They use to tell me that I was a Mormon & I just didn’t know it yet. I listened to them for a long time but just couldn’t buy into their beliefs. When I told them I was attending a nondenominational church, they dropped me like a hot potato. My journey out of watchtower was a long hard one.. took me 15 years before I walked through my church doors. Been there for 12 years now. Finding REAL truth is amazing!! I lost 4 generations of my family.. I’m the first to leave.. the shunning can be brutal. I pray for all people in false religions 🙏 Really looking forward to more of your videos 👏👍

True Christian - great explanation.. problem is, JW’s shut you down before you can reason with them. My own family won’t listen to any outside information at all. Never have. I’ve been shunned for 12 years and so I send letters but they are returned unopened. I use to leave voicemail messages just telling them I was thinking of them ( nothing religious) & they all changed their #’s. My only hope for them is if they hear information from the GB that raises a red flag & then they finally start listening to us Ex’s or start their own research. The mind control that they are under is very strong & they think they are doing the right thing. It’s a tough situation for us ExJW’s .
True Christian Valid points, but I have to disagree with the crux of your argument.. Yes, God does not change. Malachi 3:6 says so. God is the epitome/embodiment of love; we can agree on that. But that love didn't necessarily have to be expressed within a trinity for Him to be considered eternal. God is infinite, boundless, and has a vast array of qualities we haven't seen, nor will EVER see because we only know the fringes of his ways. The mere fact that he decided to create was an act of love in itself. Think about the qualities God has shown that stem from love: mercy, compassion, forgiveness, grace. These are all traits that we never would have seen had man not fallen from perfection. We never would have known of their existence otherwise. Think about God's heavenly audience, the myriads of angels that surround him. They know God much more intimately than we ever will. However, even THEY were not privy to the quality of mercy, for instance, until it was actually needed here on earth. So could you make the same claim then, that God "changed" because he displayed a quality that was never shown beforehand? You could say that many of the attributes we see of God lie dormant until the appropriate time. It's not that he never had them, they just weren't necessary to show at a given time. What we know for a fact is that God is eternally benevolent; in that respect, he has not changed. But God is also all-encompassing, so he has the POTENTIAL to show many different facets of his personality, even if WE don't see them.

Here is how the Bible proves that Jesus is not God:
1) Jesus worshiped God and says that his God is the Father in John 20:17. So how can God have a God? That of course isn't logical, God does not have a God but here Jesus says plainly that his God is his Father. Jesus also says he has brothers and we know God does not have brothers.
2) Jesus teaches that his God created him. In John 6:57 his says that the reason he is alive is because of his Father, "I live because of the Father". Couple this with that fact that he is "begotten" of his God (John 3:16) means plainly that at one point he was non existent until God Begot him just like at one point we all were non existent till our parents begot us, also (Col 1:15).
3) God's name Jehovah identifies the person who is the "ONLY true God" (John 17:3). If you simply put God's personal name Jehovah back in the scriptures where God himself had it inscribed by his prophets, then all confusion about who God is would dissipate. If you wrote a book and hired publishers to print and translate your book, but they kept repeatedly altering it by removing the name of its main character, would you not find other publishers? You would use even the lowest and unimpressive if they would keep true to your book. Well Jehovah God has done somthing similar. John 1:1 therefore translates the verse not only to common sense but also with insight of God's personal name Jehovah YHWH.

I grew up Roman Catholic and got saved when I got to college in the US. I visited my family last year and found out that my cousin was dating a JW very seriously. As you probably know, she has to convert to his religion. I tried not to argue with her but to pray for her because ultimately, it’s her choice. Besides, she believed in a works-based salvation and now in the JW doctrine, and either way, she’s lost. I have to confess that i didn’t keep praying for her for very long so i need to resume my battle. Thank you for this video.

Ene prayer is very effective. But remember that your faith in prayer is accompanied by works. Not have a works based salvation, but remember that the Bible says “beautiful are the feet of those who spread the gospel.” You can share the gospel without being argumentative. Ask her questions, share scriptures without being confrontational, show love, be patient and most importantly be led by the Holy Spirit

Their religion is extremely dense and there’s no agreement in their theology other than Jehovah is God. Just randomly found these videos and I’m sitting here enjoying the dialogue and the LOVE that’s being shown more than soooooo many other evangelism videos online. You can just see here that over intelligence, over logic, over eloquence (despite Perry having all these) that the LOVE is what speaks to this agnostic. Her guards begin to go down when Perry compliments her and acknowledges her dignity and humanity and right to be treated well. That comes from having a true relationship with God- knowing his heart and his kindness. Knowledge is power 100 percent- I am so encouraged to see a believer who is showing FRUIT because he is not only well- studied but because he is loving people.

Some JW’s came to my door yesterday and my husband dealt with them gently. He told them that we’re all brothers and sisters in Christ (those that believe in Jesus as Lord), and they didn’t say anything. When other groups come when he’s not here, I usually send them running off when I share “by grace we’ve been saved and not by works.” They always try to battle with me. I’m a biblical Studies Major. My books tell me that they are in a cult...
I am not a JW but the King James Version tells us in Psalms 83:18 who God is and it was there before JW's in no scriptures of the Bible does Jesus call himself God and Jesus himself says: DOCTRINE is not his in John 7:16&17 and finally, God is not the Author of Confusion ,

I started to watch this video a couple of weeks ago and didn’t. This week I had two to knock on my door! I was disappointed in myself all I could do was just share the content I have with Jesus and His comfort and kindness
I had a very similar story.
I had several encounters with Jehovah's Witnesses and even studied very briefly with them.
And I have to tell you that one of the reasons I even entered into a study with them was I was at a time of crisis in my life , and although I was raised as a Baptist, when the Witnesses came around,they were able to make their assertions appear to be true and accurate, and appear to back them up with scripture . But a lot of what they claimed went directly against what I had been taught, and II couldn't fully accept their explanations because I just knew something was not right. But a bigger problem for me is when I went to my pastor and other members of the church they were not able to defend from scripture our beliefs.
A lot of Christians truly do not know their bibles.
So, in great conflict and anxiety, I prayed and asked God to reveal which was true. And whatever he revealed to me as being the truth that's the way I was going. It didn't matter if the Jehovah's Witnesses were right , or if the Baptist were right. I just wanted the truth.
One Tuesday night, after having deep prayer with my future wife, we looked around to see if any church was open and we couldn't find one but we did find a Kingdom Hall open. So we went in and set among the members and found out they were having a Bible study. Their discussion leader began to ask questions and my wife and I begin to raise our hands and answer questions. Questions that the members were not answering. The leader of the Bible study appeared very pleased, and I think he assumed we were Jehovah's Witnesses from maybe another Kingdom Hall.
After the Bible study was over he hurried over to introduce himself and we introduce ourselves, but I have to tell you when he found out that we were not Jehovah's Witnesses, but Baptists, his whole countenance changed.
And I can tell you, both my wife and I saw something on his face and we definitely felt a change in the spirit.
We left, but as we drove away we discussed what had happened and what we felt. And to this day we are certain it was the Holy Spirit, that this telling us, this was not the right place to be. So I begin my study of the Jehovah's Witnesses and their doctrine.
And I found out very quickly what a false organization this was. All the way from Charles Taze Russell their founder ,the false prophecies throughout their history ( not to mention the twists and turns and all the verbal gymnastics they resort to when the prophecies don't come to pass, even to the point blaming their own members as having been overly zealous in interpreting what they said , to having received " new light " on what they had previously prophesied ) their deceit in the translation of their New World Translation Bible, --'with no one on this translation committee even knowing Greek, and so much more.
But, they are zealous ( which honestly and sadly, is lacking in many of the Christian churches) and many are sincere in spreading this false gospel.
The Watchtower organization has trained them and taken many scriptures out of context and even changed them to match their doctrine. It is heresy for for certain.
The Watchtower has mastered the art of " the skin of the truth, stuffed with a lie".
That's is what makes them so dangerous to the true Gospel of Christ Jesus.

But you can definitely come back once you have come back to God and of course your family will talk to you once you've done that. God doesn't love you unconditionally. Karla Coppock we don't shun. But would you want to talk to and befriend an adulterer that keeps coming to the congregation? Or someone you know who can cause you to stumble yourself? No. The person has to reflect on what they have done and they can come back you don't get "shunned" for life if you are dedicated to repenting for your sin. We always acknowledge that Jehovah gave second chances to plenty of people in the Bible. You think of it as bad, but it's actually helping you or anyone else realize that what they've done is wrong and to come back not just to there family but to Jehovah. Sorry it sounds harsh but it's critical for a person that needs to learn there lesson so to speak. It's not to be viewed as a bad thing because everyone makes mistakes. It's just the fact that you can't just commit grave sin and come back with a smile on your face. Which is what alot of christans tend to do. I've heard alot joke that they "turn up" on Saturday and try to act holy on Sunday. That's called leading a double life. Now no where in the Bible does it say you can do that and get away with it.🤷♀️

Thank you so much for this channel, your knowledge, your love for the Lord and witnessing to people who are lost. I have family members are "witnesses" and said you can't just walk in and join but they have to study with you first. In other words, they have to indoctrinate you. You can't questions them about anything after joining or they will want to disfellowship you. That alone should let someone know they are false. Keep doing what you're doing.

Some of those brochures you showed are discontinued for...take a guess, "outdated information". For you all that don't know, JWs use the term "new Light" that gets brighter (the scripture they base new light on is Proverbs 4:18), and that scripture has nothing to do with how they interpret it. It's basically a way to try and cover up false teachings when they decided to revise them with more false interpretations. If you go through JW literature over the years, and see how many publications are actually in use today, you'll see the proof. The internet is Watchtower's worst enemy because it allows easy accessible research outside of the info they provide to the followers, which they discourage members from accessing. If you were to tell them that they have lied in court multiple times on video, and that the elders had a secret book...they will deny it even though it's only a few keyboard presses away.
