I'm driving in my 2003 Toyota Tundra and I have a custom stereo system I packed in here. Getting ready to ski at Lost Trail in Western Montana and I was looking for a Khruangbin song to listen to before I went to hit the slopes. As I was cruising through my RUclips menu I ran into this recommendation cause I've seen a few other of Sam's killer work, so naturally I knew the groove would be upbeat and I just thumped Bob Omb Battlefield in this system LOUD like you wouldn't believe.
Bob-omb Battlefield, Inside the Castle, Cool Cool Mountain and Slider share the same melodic structure. The similarities are so obvious if you try listening to them all.

I only just realized, having watched hours of your videos, that when you play a melody note at the same time as a thumb slap, you play that note using rasgueado-- that's so sick! I'll have to rewatch your video about slapping, I didn't pick up on that the first time.
