This really takes me back to my childhood
The Fairy Fountain music will always, always, always make me cry. I was only six when this game came out, and my brother (who was eight) introduced me to it. I spent countless hours watching him playing, absolutely transported. So many fond memories are associated with this music, but definitely the Fairy Fountain is the main trigger. This is absolutely beautiful work, you two . . . you must be so proud of it. Thank you so much for sharing your talents!
I know how you feel
If you haven't seen Amy Turk play the Fairy Fountain on the Harp, drop everything and RUclips search it immediately.
The flow of time is always cruel... its speed seems different for each person, but no one can change it... A thing that does not change with time is a memory of younger days...
it gets me everytime
Hopefully you got to play
That soundtrack brings me so much comfort, it's a really sense of refuge
Wow i was just searching for the Theme Song and watched the whole Video. Thats the Medley of my Childhood. Thanks for the nostalgia & for making me feel like a kid again 💛💛💛
i felt the same, and i don't get why this makes me feel so happy and relaxed no matter how i feel

Exact same thing here. Those guys nailed it, and coming from a fellow player, they played really hard parts.

I want this on vinyl so I can just stare into the fire with a glass of whiskey and make approving "mmm" noises.. Vinyl please. No joke. Bandcamp presses vinyl now. Like if you would buy.

Passing those chords back and forth at 6:01 is such a simple but wonderful arrangement choice.
Totally! It sounds nice moving between nylon and steel
That rendition of fairy fountain instantly put me in a relaxed states of bliss. It was awesome.
Better than CBD.
Absolutely gorgeous. I felt like I playing through the game all over again.

I was finally able to cry. Thank you.
Koji kondo would be so proud! Hope to god he hears this!
Zora's Domain is on another level. Beautiful
Had to replay that one a few times
Absolutely stellar from start to finish, but what a surprisingly tender take on the Shooting Gallery.
Yep. Shooting gallery was much faster and pissed me off for countless hours. xD
Seriously. That was so incredible. Just imagine not being in a pandemic and walking by two guys recording guitar covers of Zelda songs near a picnic pavilion in a park. I'd sit there all day and just listen.

Idk that I'd call it underrated, maybe under-recognized, it's got some REALLY hard competition-- every single song is so dang beautiful/catchy. I have endlessly tried to pick a favorite and I can't. I pick the whole soundtrack. The soundtrack is my favorite.
One of the best things that humans ever did was make Ocarina of Time, another is you guys making this Medley. Masterpieces everywhere

LOVE this! Will there be a part 2 that includes temple themes? 😄
Probably not... We actually recorded this album like 3 years ago. And at the time we considered having Temple of Time on there as being our compromise for not doing any of the other Temple themes.
@@SuperGuitarBros Makes sense, I can only imagine the effort behind this project. Each song seemed perfectly executed with a high quality recording, I think I just wanted you guys to keep going lol. Thanks again for sharing and I'll check out your other videos. The OOT nostalgia will never die!

No wonder it's taken so long for a new video. You've been lost in the woods.

I've been listening to this while at work for a few weeks now and I think this might be my favorite version of all of these songs. The two guitars together just sounds so good! It's also inspired me to bust out the N64 and replay through Ocarina of Time for the first time in a very long time. Thank you very much for this. I appreciate you two greatly.

@Dominic Gerfelder Right on bro
i've always said that the potion shop song is one of the most underrated in oot, and you made it sound wonderfully!
Of a certain few tracks, I remember just sitting and listening to that one in particular in that old man's shop just inside the castle causeway.
The guitar percussion is on point
Best rendition of "shop" music I've ever heard .
The Shop, AND the Potion Shop. They both slap so hard.
Hands down, best Shop and Potion shop as well.
I need that Hyrule Field energy, but damn... That Song of Storms rendition gives me life!
Thanks for the nostalgia, gentlemen.

@@alienalibi2382 this is why ive loved zelda from childhood..the art of the game, the story, the in depth perspective that applies to real life… you get so involved in the story going as far to talk to every single person you walk by in hopes that may be given information to complete the game…many games are mindless fun..zeldas make you become the character itself
This video is insane. The fact that you learnt all the songs so well, delivered them perfectly, while switching locations and with all the camera angles, for one single video... Massive props to you!!!
It's pathetic but Ocarina of Time is one of the best memories of my childhood. This video gave me that pure nostalgic feeling that can only come from reliving something truly special.
Thanks.
same here! I'm overwhelmed
That's not pathetic. In a world where they want you preoccupied with all sorts of bullshit, this wholesome video game was a portal into the imagination.
I have listened to a lot of ocarina of time covers over the decades and this one nails the authenticity, percison, and spirit of the OST more than all of the others combined. I listen to this video every once in a while and am still blown away how similar it sounds to the ost. 1st time, 10th time, 100th time. Perfection.

Seriously blown away. I never thought I would listen to the entire thing, but I just couldn't stop. Kotake and Koume was so impressive I had to stop to write this comment. You should be very proud of yourselves for making this.
Setting the tone right before that with Potion Shop was incredible too.
Holy shit, this is so good. As a lifelong Zelda fan, a fellow guitarist, and someone very passionate about music in general, this hit all the right notes. Bravo, gents. Absolute perfection.
