Wonderful cookies. Very tasty, puff pastry, easy to bake! Amazing cookies with coconut notes. Baking for tea. Cookies on kefir. Cookies with filling.

For ~16 pieces (~500g):
Dough:
- 60 ml of kefir
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 120g butter
~ 260g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
Filling:
- 50g sugar
- 50g coconut flakes
Bake in a well-heated oven to 180°C ~ 20 minutes.
