It's interesting to see CETE here. They mostly got their recognition by installing sound modules over here in Germany. We drive a lot of diesels which have almost no exhaust sound, so they went ahead and developed a speaker system producing artificial sounds.
Just thought I'd mention that here, I was just surprised to see them on this channel! Never knew they did lowering modules.

I think it’s worth it definitely, you will also be able to stick car back to stock height easily when you change it , and get some money back by selling the module , could you maybe add some footage of the car at different heights ?

i have some interessting details for you. If you want to air out the car with the Cete Module you have to set the Show Mode to 0mm front and rear. This will activate the fully vent mode. With this settings enabled you will be able to fully vent your car like with VCDS or OBDEleven. Ive had the same issues that youve had. Installed everything, CANBUS didnt work at first... messed with the cabled, got it to work finaly. Well at the end it would not fully vent at all. So i wrote Ferdi from Cete Automotive in Germany. He told me to set the Show Mode to 0mm. Now it works perfect, no dropbox or OBDEleven needed. Hope this helps!
What is the advantage of this system over the OBDeleven?

So wait do you have this cete module and the TGK drop box both in at the same time ?
Just an FYI show mode activated from dynamic is lower than if you activate it from comfort. The show mode is just -55 of the stock ride hight of the drive select you activate it from. As far as the full vent kit not working properly I’d talk to Alex at europrice. He helped me out when I had issues right after install. The sq5 doesn’t get that option :(

Once I get my s6 I'm getting ob2 11 instead as well as other mods that u try on yours of course
have you noticed that this CETE thing makes it take longer for the car to raise and lower? I installed it on my 2020 s6 and usually when moving from comfort to dynamic it drops so fast but now it takes a minute.

Why do you feel stupid? Just asking because it seems like a great module. I’ve personally just had it installed in my S8, I’m still learning it, pretty simple plug & play!
Hi, is this part worth it based on reviews?? I would like to lower my a7 slightly as a set an forget setup.....any additional things u can do ?? I have an obd11 but only used it to scan and coding...

Can't you accomplish the same thing with a VAGCOM cable, and no actual hardware modification? (Plus you can add boost gauge, lap timer, etc.)
No, you cannot. 17mm is the lowest you can go without throwing codes with adaptive cruise control!

Yeah but it would be a ton of hassle to run air lines compressor tanks etc when the car already comes with it!

Dude, as a fellow S6 owner, tune your car and thank me later. I'm running a custom stage 1 and have the downpipes on the way for stage 2. Turbos and stage 3 are happening in the summer.

@@hikeskool CTS Turbo downpipes, intake and Intercooler. Tune is custom on a 4wheel dyno, not sure what program he is using. Was thinking of Unitronic, but can get more power from tweaking on the dyno.
@@hikeskool They do shipping to the US as well. I've used their parts on my A4, Q5, S4 and now S6. Because I am in Canada as well, their pricing is much better, plus their stuff is top notch. I will be getting my Turbos from them as well.
@@hikeskool They have their prices listed in USD or CAD depending on where you are looking from, but it would definitely help. I have to pay .30cents on every dollar + duties and taxes on anything I get shipped up from the States, so having a good Canadian company helps.
I looked at a bunch of different intakes before getting these ones. As long as they allow a lot of airflow, they will do just fine. The tune and intercooler have made the biggest difference imo.
Show Mode is likely the slowest bc they know you are not going to drive in Show Mode and you have no reason to put it on otherwise.
Can you set it to raise? as in, if someone wanted a CETE module for a C8 allroad, and wanted to get more height than "offroad" mode allows, would this be an option?
