I think you might finally be the go to surgeon for a nose like mine! I have a severely deviated bottom 1/3rd of the septum, droopy tip and pinched nose (which gets worse when I inhale and smile), snd yes left nasal valve collapse, Please how can I contact you?
I went to Richard Ellenbogen in 2008 and have been very happy since then. Main thing is to shop around and find the best match.

Great question ! often you can do that was a morselized cartilage graft to soften the depression
