Matt, That's a wonderful find. Your new acquisition is one of the best Type 1 1917's I've ever seen including coin shop and coin show inventories. You can see all the protrusions on the shield. It has excellent details. A 101 year old coin out of the ground to you. Happy 7/4/18!
That is a nice standing liberty quarter I saw the date on it when you had it in your hand with the dirt still on it. We call them garden spiders here in Texas. Good video I enjoyed it. Thank you Matt.
One of the best SLQ I've seen pulled from mother earth, for some reason these coins are rare! I find more Spanish silver than SLQ's. Great find...stay 😎
