Phil is an absolute monster, if you're judging voice only. I have to go with Randy though, Phil might sound more intimidating, he doesn't even come close to Randy in terms of stage presence. Who's also one of the few vocalists in the genre who manages to actually sound pissed. Way more passion than Phil. Or he's just more insane :D

Cristian Nuques with all due respect Randy is really good at vocals but he sounded a little too exhausted during the song, might have been mid set or something. I'm not saying I can scream better, I'm just saying that it's not as good as a studio version, for a live performance it is amazing, definitely something I would have paid for, but compared to Mitch in the studio this is a little lacking in my honest opinion
