Love that you credit the box artist! I think a lot of people probably take the box art for granted but sometimes the artists make something really cool to show off the mobile suit! Do you think the monoeye could be modified to have a small lever that has a way to access it from the bottom of the head? Excellent review as always! :)

It's surprising how many different artists Bandai uses now for box art and they still end up quite uniform in style, but yeah, imagine the amount of work that goes into each one... For the eye, the grey part has such a sharp beak(?) at the front that if you dug a trench through it, it'll probably fall right off. The pink front mask also covers up the bottom so that'll be a logistical problem to solve too. Hope to see you again for future videos:)
Absolutely agree that the transformation was RIDICULOUS. I fell in love with this weird goofy kit as soon as I first laid eyes on it at a local store I buy Gunpla from. I kinda knew it wasn’t exactly going to be an easy kit but that transformation took it to the next level of annoyance for me. I got it into MA mode once, snapped a few pictures for posterity, and immediately turned it back into the kangaroo-lobster-chimera monstrosity I now know and love despite its insane garishness.
I actually did want to use the Psycho Gundam instead of the Byralant in the video, though I don't have that kit. Thank you so much for your support! Hope to see you around the channel more:)
Honestly, I really love the Baund Doc. The only two things I would change, if I could, would be to give it a darker, more menacing colour, and to swap out the legs for an array of Zeong-styled thrusters under the skirt. The original concept art for this MS didn't have legs, and I think it would have been really cool if that ended up being a feature they kept. Still, the legs give it those giant claws in MA-form, and I still think the legs don't look too bad. Great review, by the way. I couldn't find another review that brought up the weirdly lazy attachment of the diffuse mega particle cannon in MA-form. It won't put me off from getting this behemoth, but I'm glad I won't be surprised and disappointed by something like that mid-build.
Actually. I AM crazy enough to get one. I've been building mainly lead Gundam units for the past few years so you can imagine I'm getting bored with the mostly yellow/blue/red/white color schemes :) . Looking forward to building this but heck no i won't transform it 😂 . Great review btw!

I kinda want the Gates colors since I had the SD version of that when I was a kid. Too bad is P-Bandai.

Great review, I'm super excited to get my hands on this one. I'm nuts for weird, ugly and unique MS design. This one checks all those boxes.
