When I scroll down to business integrations immediately under that is off Facebook activities can you tell me how to continue to remove Facebook from my notepad and telephone contacts thank you

it says co tact previous uo loaded will be deleted this sounds like all of my contacts will be deleted. I don't want All contacts deleted only some of them
