Definitely like to find those special places like you just found for this video.
I believe in exploring the world by both traveling to locations you’ve always wanted see such as Singapore or the United Kingdom. And also exploring new places throughout your travels such as climbing a large mountain in Washington state and getting to see Seattle from a distance.
I’d have to agree, there is a beauty and interesting aspects with all exploring, but if you had to pick one type, what would it be?
I definitely like finding the little spots not too manny people know about. To me it is more enjoyable.

I love the very far off the beaten path places. I spent 8 years working on the road and the places I saw in peoples back yards or down a 10mi long dead end road stick in my mind much more than any place that was on a postcard at a cafe in a tourist trap town

pretty disingenuous question. You can go to a national park - i.e a tourist attraction and go off the track to find somewhere away from people. Not everyone going to tourist attractions are there for the hasthag.
Never said all of them were…just stating many people do now a days, and we as individuals who enjoy the outdoors need enjoy it for the beauty and not just to get a selfie. Both is fine, but you shouldn’t be there just for content.
