6 to 7 dried red chillies ( 4 to 5 Bedki + 2 Kashmiri chillies)
2 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric
1-inch ginger
5 to 6 cloves garlic
1 green chilli (optional)
