I try to give her the benefit of the doubt, she’s young and it’s a new brokerage vs someone like Rena, who’s a bit more mature and just carries herself as a boss, like she is a boss currently working as an agent. If that makes sense. 🤷🏾♂️

A good offer is a realistic offer to the listing price. Anne: 3M on a 9M home is NOT a good offer. She needs to relearn how to be a realtor and watch this video too.

You want to sell an iPhone 12 Pro Max used for $900 and someone offered it for $300. It's a waste of your time to even consider. Going back to realty, it is an insult to the seller or developer if you offer too low. They will question your professionalism.

Should I be watching Selling Tampa? I've never seen either show before.
Both shows are great! I would say i like selling sunset a little more because they show us a lot of the real estate side of the show. Yet again selling Tampa just started their first season, so it might get better. I still recommend you watch both.
It depends what you want to see. Selling Sunset is about an established brokerage whereas Selling Tampa is about a company that is just starting.
Its good... if you're into rhoa.. it gives classy barbie, with a drop of real estate. Lmaoo they are always meeting up for drinks and doing unnecessary things

I feel like the Tampa realtors are not close to the professional level of the Selling Sunset realtors honestly, it was hard to watch, had to stop watching.
