I have to eat turkey hot dogs. Because the regular ones makes my hands and feet swell and hurt. I need to use that milk for my coffee. I added it up. Using the Unsweetened Italian cream. I’m getting about 10 to 15 carbs a day. Just on coffee. Ground meat is expensive. I love my avocados. You look awesome. ❤
