I like a splash of vanilla and sugar free DaVinci coffee syrup in the Caramel Toffee flavor. If I want a little texture, I pour it over a walnut and sprinkle golden monk fruit crystals on top. You can do so much with this. A lot of recipes call for cocoa butter. I thought I made this up in my own variation 🤣 Also, try pouring a little at the bottom of a cupcake paper lining, freeze that, then mix monk fruit crystals with natural unsweetened peanut butter and put a glob in the middle of the bottom after hardens, then pour chocolate over the top to create peanut butter cups. Or you could just pour it over a macadamia nut. I use a plastic ice tray to make my chocolates. They come out shaped like truffles.

Charity Muchimba you can't use regular or vegan butter. The coconut oil sets up as it cools, which is what solidifies the chocolate.
